I thought the doctor did an amazing job, and Nida🌼 was a godsend, but Sema was a terrible communicator and did not give me correct information many times. She said the shuttle was on its way, and we had to wait two hours before the Shuttle even came her translation skills are less than par, but overall, I was happy with the doctor and luckily I had Nida🌼 Nida!!’

Good afternoon I would like to thank the entire DR MED team and Dr. Aykut. I had several operations at a time (septo and rhinoplasty, liposuction combined with bbl, breast lift and implant replacement, jplazma) today is the 6th day after the operation and every day I am coming to my senses better and better. The girls at the clinic treated me incredibly warmly, the transfer went without any problems. I'm already very happy with my new body. Doctor Aykut is very attentive and calm, which of course makes me happy. I liked it all very much. Thanks a lot!!!! I certainly recommend the clinic and especially Dr. Aykut, he understands what he is doing.

My first contact with Estetik International was through Zumrud, who was so attentive with any questions I had. I was very nervous to travel abroad for surgery but her knowledge, compassion, guidance in surgeon & professionalism put me at ease. The pick-up from the airport was luxurious & hassle free, with communication and foolproof directions. The guest relations assistant Olivia was very professional. The pre-test before surgery was far more intensive than I had prepared for, at first I was very overwhelmed but on reflection (and no unexpected bad news), the in-depth testing was medically competent and in line with the extensive care Estetik International provided me. In my consultation with Dr Selçuk Aytaç I found him knowledgeable, direct and professional. My treatment plan changed to include a 360 lift instead of a simple tummy tuck, this was my biggest fear due to scarring and healing time. 11 day’s post op today I saw my scars and honestly I have worse stretch marks, his work is so proficient and tidy. I traveled alone so my biggest fear was aftercare. The nursing staff are so unbelievably kind, reassuring, professional and friendly. The experience would have been very empty without them. In emotional moments they really cheer you up, in vulnerable moments they put you at ease all while delivering top notch attentive care. I’m too early in my treatment plan to say I love all my results but I’m excited to heal and will return. I can wholeheartedly recommend Estetik International, Bookimed and medical travel. From my personal experience in the treatment I have received here, compared to my experience in my home country, the quality of service and detail of care is far superior than anything I expected.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. My overall experience was fine, the only issues I had were the hotel that was included in my medical package, with a staff that seemed very annoyed at hotel to have me there and denied giving me ice for my face several times. Aside from that, the surgeon and Dr Med staff were lovely.

Good day! I want to leave my review about the Dr. clinic. Med. Choosing a surgeon to perform rhinoseptoplasty was important for me since my face and health are at stake! In addition, I have a tendency to be allergic to antibiotics and not every doctor/anesthesiologist will agree to perform such an operation. I started looking for agencies that would help with the selection of a clinic and a surgeon, and my choice fell in favor of Bookimed, there was another agency, but in the end, as you understand, I chose Bookimed. Let's start with the fact that bookimed staff offered several doctors and clinics for rhinoseptoplasty, I spent a long time choosing and searching for information on the Internet about the clinic and doctor. I chose Dr. Med because the doctor who was offered to me was simply amazing, and the results of the operation were amazing! Immediately upon arrival in Istanbul, a transfer was waiting for me, which took me to the hotel. The next day, Medical Coordinator Narmina arrived and helped me in all matters! Arriving at the clinic for a consultation, they immediately photographed me and made a 3-D modeling of my future nose, we discussed everything with the doctor and I signed a contract for the operation! The operation was performed on September 4, 2023. Operation was successfully completed! At the time the splint (plaster) was removed, I had severe swelling, so there was no enthusiastic reaction, BUT now on September 11, when the swelling has subsided a little, I am shocked by the kind of nose they made for me! Of course, this is not enough time to evaluate the work of plastic surgery, but I already like the result of the operation. ps it will take a year to evaluate the full result of rhinoseptoplasty. I had a Rhinoplasty done. Everything went on well. Starting from a driver picking up from the airport. Communication throughout between representative and myself was without any delays. Representative was able to give/find the answers within appropriate time frame. The surgeon was very friendly and was happy to answer all of he questions. The hospital was clean. Hospital staff were friendly and always had smile on their faces. Hotel was acceptable. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Some of the mail staff would benefit from being a little more friendly. In general had a great experience.
