Hello. I just wanted to mention some of the things that happened, so that your team is in the loop of what your customers are going through. I was contacted by Dr. Sadeq, which was very pleasant to communicate with. Roman on the other hand, was not clear about anything from the beginning. Saying “don’t worry, it is okay.” After confirming the doctors, and sending all my medical files 2 weeks ahead of time, I came to realise that the doctors have no idea about my condition. I walked in to a confused doctor, not even knowing that I have heart failure. I saw this as quite unprofessional that they haven’t even had time to review my documents. Once the doctor asked for my files, Roman did not have them, and I was forced to give a brief summary of what happened. This made me feel that my case was of no interest or importance to the representative. After finally managing to see the surgeon, he said that was the only day he was available (March 2nd), and that he was flying for work elsewhere. He had asked me to come back on the 16th of March. I could not believe that, as I have paid for tickets, plus hotels for two people (my mother joining) for 10 days in Vienna, when the doctor is not even there to do the surgery I was supposed to do. Do you know what the costs are of this mishap? After that, we ended up seeing another cardiologist recommended by the cardio surgeon. He was great, but when we came back the next day for ROman’s set appointment, it turns out there was no appointment, and he “had to go” and left me to deal with the hospital. The communication with Roman was horrible. I was just waiting in the lobby for 3 days not knowing what will happen, what are the fees, and no warnings or consultations. Especially when an x-ray costs 2,500 euros, I would have appreciated an initial warning of the costs. Not just “come pay” style that he has. That is as much as the biopsy, which I will still have to do in the future. I have experience with companies like yours, but the unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and unorganisation is unprecedented. Две консультации врача включены сразу в стоимость когда оплачиваете только первую - одна до обследований и вторая после. Также была возможность спросить за другие свои проблемы по здоровью и получить консультацию. Там есть почти все врачи. Если захотите провериться по другим вопросам - берите с собой все имеющиеся документы. Я также обследовалась по гинекологии, так как в Украине ставят дисплазию шейки матки. Диагноз не был подтвержден в клинике Турции. В данный момент сказали, что БСЛУ не нужно делать и расписали на каждые 3 месяца различные обследования уже в Украине. Благодарим Константина и его коллегу Юлию за оказанную помощь, а также помощь в организации бесплатного трансфера до Стамбула.

But alas, upon arrival and at the first consultation with a doctor in Hamburg, I heard that most likely my problem lies in rheumatism or its analogues. After that I once again passed the expanded rheumatological panel. And he got an extremely "unexpected" result. The test results for rheumatologic factor were again negative. Then I told the coordinator Lydia about my medical history starting in 2013. After that, I reported that I had recommendations from a pulmonologist to undergo an annual examination for changes in the lungs. I do not know for what reason, but it was my lungs that interested both my coordinator and the doctor in Gabburg. As a result, I received an assurance that my lungs are in perfect order and there is no reason for an annual CT scan. Departing from the generally negative style of my storytelling, I express my gratitude for this recommendation. And I really hope that I can trust her. Returning to the main topic. The doctor familiarized himself with the results of lung examinations, and in great detail, I would say in more detail than the results of examinations of my joints. Namely, MRI - a study of the hip joints - which came to the radiologist, in the last days before leaving. This fact confused me extremely. I come with a joint problem. But the main bias is, oddly enough, absolutely not on the joints. As I wrote above, the MRI results of the hip joints reached the doctor a few days before my departure. After examination, MRI examination of the joints. I was told that most likely the necrotic changes were caused by the intake of hormonal drugs that relieve the symptoms of arthritis. Due to the fact that my blood tests did not reveal rheumatological problems and signs of an inflammatory process in the blood. I received a verdict - you are healthy, all the best. Like any person, I was extremely happy with this conclusion. But bad luck, the joints of the hands were also swollen in the morning, which I introduced to the local coordinator Lydia. Well, the signs of necrotic changes made themselves felt by extremely unpleasant physical sensations when walking. But according to the verbal conclusion of the local coordinator Lydia, the whole problem was that the doctors at the place of residence A) Prescribed drugs that led to necrotic changes B) I just pay too much attention to my symptoms C) Almost literally “You are healthy, live a normal life” You know I was would be glad to follow your recommendations. And he certainly turned to bookimed clearly not for the purpose of "tourism" during quarantine. Now a few words about the bookimed coordinator Inge who, as far as I understand, is my direct coordinator in the country of residence. Initially, Inga made an extremely pleasant impression on me and offered several options for examination at once. I want to emphasize that before my arrival in Germany there were no problems contacting Inga. But alas, as soon as I was in Germany, the situation changed not for the better. After the verdict of the coordinator Lydia about my infallible health, I obviously turned to Inga with the question of whether problems with joints could cause another problem, well, assuming that this is not a rheumatological problem. Well, and accordingly began to expect an answer. And here began something that left an extremely negative impression of Bookimed's work in principle. Coordinator Inga, receiving my messages due to personal employment or any other of her problems, simply does not answer them for several days in a row. The only thing that provoked her to answer on the day of contact was when I immediately wrote to the bookimed chat bot И так я бы хотел поделится с людьми своим опытом которые пожелают воспользоваться услугами данного сервиса. А также услугами 2-х "Специалистов" Инги и Лидии. Начну с того что я обратился в сервис с проблемой недифференцированного артрита. Предварительно в стране проживания я прошел более чем развернутые, лабораторные исследования крови на предмет ревматологического фактора моего заболевания. С учетом того что любые ревматологические обследования были отрицательны. Я обратился в букимед - с целью пройти дообследование, установить диагноз и получить адекватную медицинскую терапию. По своей наивности я предполагал, что когда пациент имеющий хромоту по причине некроза 2-х головок тазобедренного сустава. И болезненный синдром который и вызывает более чем неприятные ощущения как при ходьбе, так и в режиме покоя. Может расчитывать ХОТЯБЫ НА РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ по данному вопросу - я крайне заблуждался. Также по своей наивности я предполагал что если все результаты ревматологических обследований были отрицательны. И отрицательны на протяжении 2-х лет, то возможно медицинские специалисты, предпримут вероятные шаги в другую сторону для установления причины заболевания. Но увы по приезду и при первой консультации с врачем в г.Гамбурге я услышал что скорее всего - моя проблема заключается в ревматизме или его аналогах. После чего я в очередной раз сдал развернутую ревматологическую панель. И получил крайне "неожиданный" результат. Результаты обследований на ревматологический фактор - снова были отрицательны. Далее я ознакомил координатора Лидию о своем медицинском анамнезе начиная с 2013 года. После чего я сообщил о том что имел рекомендации от врача пульмонолога, ежегодно проходить обследование на предмет изменений в легких. Я не знаю по какой причине но именно мои легкие заинтересовали как моего координатора так и врача в г.Габург. В результате чего я получил заверение о том что мои легкие находятся в полном порядке и ни каких причин для ежегодного КТ обследования нет. Отступая от в целом негативного стиля моего повествования, выражаю благодарность за данную рекомендацию. И очень надеюсь что я могу ей доверять. Возвращаясь к основной теме. Врач ознакомившись с результатами обследований легких, причем очень детально, я бы сказал более детальнее чем с результатами обследований моих суставов. А именно МРТ - исследованием тазобедренных суставов - которое попало к рентгенологу, в последние дни перед отъездом. Данный факт крайне смутил меня. Я приезжаю с проблемой суставов. Но основной уклон проходится как ни странно, абсолютно не на суставы. Как уже я написал выше, результаты МРТ тазобедренных суставов попали к доктору за несколько дней до моего отъезда. После осмотра МРТ исследования суставов. Мне сообщили что скорее всего некротические изменения были вызваны приемом гормональных препаратов которые снимают симптомы артрита. Ввиду того что мои исследования крови не выявили ревматологических проблем и признаков воспалительного процесса в крови. Мне вынесли вердикт - вы здоровы, всего доброго. Как и любой человек, я крайне обрадовался такому заключению. Но вот незадача суставы кистей также опухали по утрам, с чем я ознакомил местного координатора Лидию. Ну а признаки некротических изменений давали о себе знать крайне неприятными физическими ощущениями при ходьбе. Но по устному заключению местного координатора Лидии, вся проблема заключалась в том что врачи по месту проживания А) Назначили препараты которые привели к некротическим изменениям Б) Я просто излишне уделяю внимание своим симптомам В) Практически дословно “Вы здоровы живите нормальной жизнью” Знаете я был бы рад следовать вашим рекомендациям. И уж точно обратился в букимед явно не с целью “туризма” в время карантина. Теперь несколько слов о координаторе букимед Инге которая, насколько я понимаю является прямым моим координатором в стране проживания. Первоначально Инга произвела на меня крайне приятное впечатление и предложила сразу несколько вариантов для обследования. Хочу подчеркнуть что до моего приезда в Германию ни каких проблем связаться с Ингой не было. Но увы как только я оказался в Германии ситуация изменилась не в лучшую сторону. После вердикта координатора Лидии о моем непогрешимом здоровье, я как это очевидно обратился к Инге с вопросом о том а не может ли проблемы с суставами вызывать другая проблема, ну если допустить что это не ревматологическая проблема. Ну и соответственно стал ожидать ответа. И вот тут началось то что оставило уже крайне негативное впечатление о работе Букимед в принципе. Координатор Инга получая мои сообщения в виду личной занятости или же любых других своих проблем - просто не отвечает на них по несколько дней к ряду. Единственно что провоцировало ее на ответ в день обращения, это то когда я сразу писал в чат-бот букимеда. После чего мои сообщения были услышаны. После моего возвращения в страну проживания. Убеждения Координатора Лидии - возымели на меня должный эффект. Я отказался от любых нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов и в результате А) Симптомы воспаления суставов ухудшились Б) Правая рукам потеряла в чувствительности 3-х пальцев В) Периодически мне проблематично передвигаться в виду усиления неприятных ощущений от некроза Когда я уезжал координатор Лидия сказала просто сделать МРТ обследование кисти на предмет того есть ли там вообще какие-то изменения. Соответственно я обратился к координатору в стране проживания для того чтоб получить направление. Направление я получал крайне долго. После очередных обещаний “сегодня-завтра” и когда постфактум прошло уже более 2-3-х дней. Я еще раз написал и в чат-бот букимед и лично Инге и наконец то получил направление. Ввиду сложностей с прохождением обследований в период карантина. Обследования затянулось на более чем 2 недели, по причине ожидания моей очереди. После прохождения я написал Инге в канун новогодних праздников о том что после праздников я бы хотел приступить к выяснению причины моего артрита, и с вопросом о том что делать с некрозом и как выяснилось с синовитом и теносиновитом лучезапястного сустава. На что я получил ответ - что Инга находится в отпуске и я получу свой ответ сразу 4-го января 2021 года.. Ожидал как 4-го числа, так и сегодня 5-го. В результате того что ответа и любых предложения по решению проблемы мне не поступило. Я и сел написать данный отзыв. Я считаю подобное отношение к клиентам которые по вашей организации не получили ни решения проблемы, ни диагноза за которым ехали, но при этом получили ухудшение симптомов и общего состояния - как минимум крайне непрофессиональное. Возможно данный отзыв поможет вам в организации следующих поездок для ваших клиентов на более достойном уровне. Я же хотел бы просто получить адекватную консультацию и чек-ап не только ревматологических проблем но и возможно других причин которые могут вызывать артрит. А также рекомендации о том как можно если возможно остановить прогрессирование процесса.
