Good afternoon! I want to express my gratitude to the team for organizing the trip and stay at the Vivantes Clinic. Special thanks to Prof. Dr. med. Herman Hirschik is a very competent, tolerant and competent doctor. The son of Jura and only Girshik could figure out and prescribe the correct treatment. In Israel, we changed 3 clinics, and the result was zero. I regret that I did not contact Vivantes Clinic earlier, professionals work here! Excellent conditions of stay, friendly staff!

Doctor was good, but the agent )Talvin) who arranges the appointment was extremely not professional and had very bad attitude and not straight in term of charges. They charged me €500 for making appointment only. Please avoid them. Really poor customer experience.

We are discharging from the hospital, we will keep in touch with this doctor. The procedures go terribly, there is no specific treatment prescribed yet, there is no diagnosis. Besides the fact that my daughter eats, has lunch, has dinner as in a usual sanatorium, they just rip off 600-700 euros per night - a lot of money when you don’t see the result, why stay, just overnight to pay money. I am not happy with the visit.

My mother was diagnosed in Russia with a terrible diagnosis - breast cancer stage 4. The doctors' actions were not credible, so we turned to Bookimed for the selection of a clinic and a doctor. We were offered a Park-Klinik Weißensee, Dr. Ursula Makowiec.
Mom passed a 3-day examination in the hospital, in a separate ward. Friendly atmosphere, professionalism, respect for the elderly patient - all this allowed us to relax, not to try to control every step of the medical staff, to read the articles on the Internet. I was sure that we made the right choice.
And most importantly - the diagnosis was not confirmed! My mother was not breast cancer with metastases, but a sweat cancer in the armpit without any signs of metastases, the prognosis is much more favorable.
The doctor told us - you came here with a fatal diagnosis, but you came out as a healthy person!
We plan to be observed further in this clinic with this doctor.
I would also like to thank the translator Marina Wernke. She was not only an excellent professional, but also a very pleasant conversationalist, we were very comfortable with her.
I also want to thank the curators who helped a lot all the time while mom was in the clinic.
