The cleanliness of the hospital is immaculate. Friendly, supportive and professional medical staff. The hospital has through processes and procedures. Overall, highly recommended for medical checkups.

I was recommended this hospital by a friend of mine who is a GM of a hotel and he informed me this is one of the best hospitals in Thailand and that only goes here.

I am so satisfied with Liza Dudnik! She is an amazing woman! She so kind, on time, very helpful. One of the best staff I know from my experience. God bless her

The doctors and nurses are top class well trained professionals - the only major problem, especially with the very kind and helpful nurses was that most of them speak very little English, so it was extremely difficult to have conversations with the ladies - a great pity! Otherwise I was very satisfied with the treatment in this highly modern hospital.

A very nice hospital to say at least. It works like a charm! Friendly and professional staff in modern hospital buildings. I could not complain on any thing.

I was treated very rudely by the staff and was neglected by my physician from the time my payment when through until the time I left. Yes, you pay upfront. This is so sketchy because if you’re in a bad state, as I was, they can literally just say, “you get what you get and if you don’t like it you’re free to leave. We will keep your money and you can continue to suffer”. I spent 24 hours at this facility on 11/12/2019. I had severe dehydration, moderate-severe pain, and my blood pressure was at a dangerously high level. At no point did I feel like anyone was looking after my best interests, only their profit margin. I would have left far sooner if I thought I wasn’t at serious risk of collapsing AND had not already paid for 24-hours of care. Although I do blame myself for a not having my travellers insurance sorted out completely before my trip, there is still no excuse for them to take advantage of people in their most vulnerable state. I am not angry but I am sad.

Below average quality hospital. They like to get you in and out but never actually fix your health problem. Staff need more training. Check out takes tooo long waited 3 hours and then they tell you to pay full deposit and get insurance refund later. Why not tell us that 3 hours before!?

I visited Thailand together with my wife in summer of 2019. One early morning I woke up feeling a strong pain in my chest...yes it was a heart attack. This was quickly taken care of at this hospital. Two days later I was through the operation, very tired but without pain. The most troubling matter was that I had difficulties with the agency that took care of matters for my insurance company. They actually proposed to postpone the operation because they needed some time to sort things out. About the hospital I can only with all my heart recommend them. I live in Sweden which is supposed to be a great country for sick care but they come miles after Thailand no doubt. At least if you happen to fall sick in Pattaya. Goran Z

I have been going to the Heart Center for about 15 years. I have had one operation here and now go for 90 day check ups. My doctor was schooled in America and he and his staff are very caring and professional people. No one likes having t go to the hospital, but Bangkok Pattaya is so much better than others I have visited in Thailand.

Had an eye injury and advised by Thai friend to go here as they provide good service and speak good English. I booked in which went smoothly, make sure you have your passport. Waited about 40 minutes before I saw doctor, but that's fine. Doctor very efficient and diagnosed corneal abrasion, she even let me take pics of the cut to my iris. Treated and prescribed prophylactic antibiotics. Bill came to 685 Baht, about £17 and this included the prescription charge. Excellent value. I was in and out in about 80 minutes. I would go again.

Great experience. Helpful staff that spoke great English. Fresh and clean waiting room and facilities. I can in for an abscess removal and I have zero complaints. Very straightforward

Disgustingly overpriced, with poor service as well. Other hospitals in town are literally a fraction of the price and are more helpful and hospitable. Avoid if possible.

My girlfriend got food poisoning and coming here was the right choice. She got helped immediately, the people spoke good English and even though it is a private hospital, the price was reasonable (1900 bht (~€58,-) for consult, tests and medicines - she was not insured).

Clean, speak great English, fast and know there stuff, BUT well known for being several times more expensive than other places. Don't go to RAM unless you have insurance. They are well known for being several times more expensive than other places. I went for a medical certificate (200 baht for a 20 minute doctors appointment) but before hand wanted to know how much to have a small cyst removed. They would not tell me an idea of a price until I saw a doctor (500 baht for 2 minutes to confirm it was a cyst) but he would not do the medical certificate as that was a different department and I would have to pay again around the corner with another doctor 4500 baht for the cyst removal, I walked out just paying for my 2 minutes after another guy told me his quote was 6000 and why didn't we do what we did growing up and use a hot needle and do it ourselves. RAM is well known for taking advantage of westerners but it is cheaper than you are used too if you are American. For me RAM's price was 5 times more than a doctor in New Zealand so I decided to wait until I go there and get my medical procedure done outside of Thailand. If your used to socialize healthcare RAM will shock you. For this extra costs compared to other hospitals in Chiang Mai you do get excellent service, English speaking staff, short wait times and clean surroundings. You NEVER get medicine from there pharmacy and always ask for a prescription to take to any other pharmacy (they like to say you can only get this pill from them, but any pharmacy will give you a cheaper generic version) Not sure why I was stupid enough to go there after living here for 5 years and knowing the reputation. Got the cyst removed at a local clinic and my medical certificate for less than the price of seeing the RAM doctor for 2 minutes. In an emergency RAM is fantastic. I give them 3 stars because they are ripping you off for everyday complaints compared to a normal clinic or another hospital.

Money making business, be aware if you don't have an insurance. After doing some research and speaking to our hotel reception we decided to go for his hospital for our 16 month girl. We have spoke to insurance to check if we are good to go. Insurance contacted hospital before we have arrived, so we didn't have to pay deposit. Our girl was examined promptly after arrival, taken to ward swiftly, prescribed treatment and diagnostic. Staff speaks good or communicative English, is kind and easy to deal with. We received good size room, with kitchenette and bathroom with all necessary toiletries. Meals were very good. Both sides of hospitalization, doctors and medical care as well as amenities were 5* (there were some negatives but minimal). We have been very looked after, to much higher quality than in UK or in Poland.

Been here several times for various issues needing different departments. the staff are very polite and helpful. The hospital is set up in a good way. there are various places to eat and a convenience store. this place in sum can well handle people waiting for their friends in some sort of manner, but also taking care of an individual with a particular problem or issue. strongly recommended. PS interesting note - while the hospital apparently did their orginal image deal with Bangkok Hospital in Bangkok, they and this Phuket institution do not share files or have any kind of working association.

Got bitten by a monkey whilst on vacation and had to visit a hospital for emergency treatment. Bangkok hospital Phuket was chosen quickly and I am very glad we chose it. Everyone was extremely attentive, all nurses and doctors spoke good English, were very professional, and were very kind. I was in and out of A&E within 30 minutes. It cost £180/7,140 baht for my treatment. We visited on a Sunday evening and it was very quiet, in a good way! They also put all of my treatment in a gift bag which was a really nice touch for a bad situation. The building was also extremely clean and well maintained. I must say, this was probably the best emergency care I have ever received in my life. Thank you to all the staff at the hospital. ขอบคุณทุกคน!

Outstanding Services. Our favorite hospital in Phuket. Our daughter got a common cold while traveling in Thailand and we took her to this hospital. Top notch place. Modern and the doctor were up to the International Standards. Great experience for us and our daughter recovered fast. Our International insurance got covered and all worked nicely. Emergency is very quick but when it comes to international insurance it’s horrible, everyday the new system, they fighting for 50 euros and not letting out of the hospital even if insurance will definitely cover it the next day and they have my passport and its not enough. I thought it’s more prestigious hospital. And every time for vaccination i have to wait at least 2 hours cause they don’t let pay insurance for several future visits... The system should change or thai people need to be more relax........😤💩
