Jaroslava's WhatsApp support service is 100%, the consultant has excellent knowledge and information in the medical field, the interpreter support at Tatiana and Zahida's clinic was excellent, smooth work, quick responses, highly qualified doctors, modern equipment, different medical packages, which allows the patient to pay for additional medical services. I do not have a very good impression of the clinic, because we went to do the operation at the agreed price of $ 4000 for the removal of tonsils, on arrival took 200 euros for consultation and said that the operation will cost 5900 euros.Prices are cosmic, it is better to choose another clinic, will be cheaper and not worse result.

Very good, but I'd come back for a stay of more than 3 days as it's too short to make an assessment. If you don't want to be in a hurry, you need to plan for 5 days on site, preferably outside the weekend! The doctors are extremely competent, attentive and relevant! The hospital is magnificent, large and clean. It has all the technology you need, and despite the wait, I highly recommend memoriall!

Hi, I'm Cella, and I’m living in Bali, Indonesia. I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience of finding a medical coordinator, a doctor, and a hospital for my case. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and stage 4 endometriosis, which required surgery as soon as possible. I was initially hospitalized in Bali, but the doctor there suggested I look for a better-equipped hospital as they didn’t have the necessary facilities to perform my surgery.
It wasn’t easy to find the right care on a small island like Bali. Thankfully, my best friend helped me connect with a medical manager from Bookimed. That’s how we found Alisher, the medical manager and Prof. Dr. A Cem Iyibozkurt from Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul.
We arranged an online consultation with the doctor, which was free of charge, I already have all my medical records and MRI results before an online consultation, I’ve prepared everything to speed up the process. and within a week, they scheduled my laparoscopic robotic surgery. Alisher did an excellent job coordinating everything, and I couldn’t be happier with him. Prof. Dr. Cem Iyibozkurt is an amazing doctor, highly experienced, and well-known for his expertise in the field.
The hospital itself was fantastic—the nurses and staff took great care of me. I’m really grateful for the smooth process, and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be in a similar situation and looking for this kind of care and has similar situation as mine.
