Inside the clinic is clean. The staff is helpful. We went to the diagnosis and consultation. All on time and by appointment. Doctors are professionals, but it is a pity that they spend little time on consultation, despite the fact that everything is not free.

Jaroslava's WhatsApp support service is 100%, the consultant has excellent knowledge and information in the medical field, the interpreter support at Tatiana and Zahida's clinic was excellent, smooth work, quick responses, highly qualified doctors, modern equipment, different medical packages, which allows the patient to pay for additional medical services. Very good, but I'd come back for a stay of more than 3 days as it's too short to make an assessment. If you don't want to be in a hurry, you need to plan for 5 days on site, preferably outside the weekend! The doctors are extremely competent, attentive and relevant! The hospital is magnificent, large and clean. It has all the technology you need, and despite the wait, I highly recommend memoriall!

Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor .
I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused.
And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor .

My care was very good from start to finish. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by my interpreter and team. They were very friendly, put me at ease and explained what would happen and when. I had checks done and blood taken etc and met the consultant. He was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole procedure. I also met with the Anaesthetist.
My procedure was completed and the care was fantastic from all the staff involved. The room and hospital were great.
I felt like we had VIP treatment.
The Hotel was also nice and everything runs like clockwork.
Thanks to all the team but, especially to Ishmeal, Senna and Doctor Ozturk.
