From the minute I walked through the front door the staff could not be more attentive. I feel like I’ve been treated like royalty. From the Doctors, Nurses and the Catering staff everyone is so welcoming, supportive and will do anything to help you. I can’t recommend the hospital enough!

I spend 3 days at The London Bridge Hospital due to a prolapsed disc. More like a hotel than a hospital, the nursing and professional staff are truly outstanding and the food menu and quality is excellent. The services provided after my operation were first class with a pharmacist, physio, occupational therapy all visiting me for specific advice and guidelines. It truly made my experience a much better one than I really thought it would be. Thank you all especially those on the 2nd floor :-)

From the moment we arrived Mark lee on the door was a great Ambassador to your hospital what a gentleman Then from there onwards staff where simply the best Ann my nurse and others that visited my room where awesome … The consultant and the theatre staff all great Sounds stupid but can’t wait for my next visit lol

The worst hospital wherein in a ER ward the person is not able to put an IV properly. The panel of doctors is excellent and have high profiles but managment and other staffing sucks. Kaasu mattum nalla vaangiranga... I went for gastric problem and pain and the nutriontionist is giving me Pappu buvaa... Vayiru fulla thirumba gastric aagi I had to suffer the pain.... Gastric pain nu poravangaluku dolo 650 ya pain killer nu kudutha mudhal hospital idhu dhan.... Fever vanthu shi…vering aagi thooki thooki poduthu they are giving a call to a doctor without even thinking of rubbing the hands and legs as a first aid. Never ever in my life I will refer RELA to anyone. Managment sucks.... Delay in everything.... It’s still too early to give a full review as the procedure hasn’t been done. But the hospital is fantastic. Dr Polat is the very best, he will sit down and talk about anything we wanted or needed. The whole staff is exceptional. More to follow.
