Unfortunately, due to coronavirus it did not work to stay on treatment, however. we went through consultation and diagnostics. In general, Marina, the Russian-speaking coordinator, is a great fellow. Diagnosis was high-quality and prompt, we are satisfied with the clinic. К сожалению в связи с коронавирусом не получилось остаться на лечение, однако. мы прошли консультацию и диагностику. В целом - Марина, русскоязычный координатор большая молодец. Диагностика прошла качественно и оперативно, клиникой мы довольны.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a state of art facility and Dr Berk has immense knowledge. Our coordinator Anastassia helped us throughout and provided with all the support we needed. She updated us on daily basis and answered our all queries. This place is highly recommended.

Dr. Rami Ahmed is very supportive person. He kept in touch with me from the moment I filed my request till I reached the hospital. I recommend everyone 50 years or older to make a full digestive system check up. Dr. Boris is a very good doctor and very nice person.

На обследовании были выявлены полипы, которые удалили в этот же день. Девочки переводчицы очень любезные, все объясняют, провожают. Рекомендую!

Liked everything . A neurologist, psychiatrist, and psychologist liked his approach to the child. There were consultations with the child, and diagnosis and treatment recommendations were made. We lived in a rented apartment not far from the clinic. Понравилось все . Врач невролог , психиатр, и психолог понравились со своим подходом к ребенку. Были консультации с ребенком и был поставлен диагноз и рекомендации по лечению . Жили на съёмной квартире не далеко от клиники .

Вся диагностика прошла предельно быстро и четко. Назначенное лечение профессора Шельса работает, это самое важное. Отдельное спасибо сопровождающему Владимиру за четкий перевод и помощь в решении всех вопросов.

Barberra took us very politely, took a lot of time to adapt the child to himself, so that he would get used to it, because the child was scared, the professor took a direct individual approach, which is rare enough for a doctor of this level, especially considering that he is not at all a child, even a surgeon, so I want to note this moment, so the little patient, of course, is worth contacting. The doctor promptly worked because he didn’t see the problem in his direction and redirected us to orthopedists where we were also promptly given an x-ray. Nord Clinics Alyan is very accurate in the organization, that is, we were met minute by minute in time, I want to mention Karina, a girl translator, who accompanied us all the time, no delays, no extra calls. В целом в клинике все оперативно, как только мы поступили в клинику девушки на ресепшене быстро среагировали. Сам профессор Dr. Мed. Barberra принял нас очень вежливо, уделил много времени адаптации ребенка к себе, что бы он привык, поскольку ребенок был испуган, профессор проявил прям индивидуальный подход, что достаточно редко для доктора такого уровня особенно учитывая что он вовсе не детский даже хирург, поэтому хочу отметить именно этот момент, так что маленьким пациента, конечно, стоит туда обращаться. Доктор оперативно сработал поскольку по своему направлению не увидел проблему и перенаправил нас к ортопедам где нам так же оперативно сделали рентген. Норд Клиник Альян очень точные в организации, то есть нас минута в минуту по времени встретили, отдельно хочу отметить Карину, девушка переводчик, все время нас сопровождала, никаких задержек, никаких лишних звонков делать не приходилось.

Both doctors seemed to us highly qualified! В госпиталь Зулейха Дубаи нас предварительно записали, приняли сразу, сначала кардиолог, потом ЛОР, выписали лекарство, купили в том же госпитале. Оба врача нам показались высоко квалифицированными! Огромную благодарность хотелось бы выразить Марие из Букимед, за оперативность и помощь, а также сотруднику госпиталя Анне, она помогла нам с переводом с русского языка на английский!
