The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.

Very thorough and attentive medical staff. Vip like attention to detail and care. I was apprehensive if this was the right clinic for lipo as most of their services centred around aesthetics fillers and botox and those stuff. Had lipo on my abs and flanks, and I can already see the results after 10 days. Dr Aim really knows what she’s doing. Their BISP clinic is really comfy, they should prob move major procedures there in the future as it’s bigger than the Big C one. Thank you Siam Clinic.

I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant.
Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the staff who immediately helped me with all the necessary paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received.

On the first day I had a quality examination and on the same day I had a lens replacement surgery in one eye.
The operation was performed by a wonderful doctor with many years of experience, a professional in her field - Sultan Kaya Unsal.
The operation lasted about 6 minutes (for the 1st eye), the 2nd eye was done the next day in 4 minutes 32 seconds!
The process was painless and stress free.
Today, more than a week after the operation, I can see perfectly, read and write small print! No discomfort ! The recovery process is ongoing!

Retinas at bookimed was amazing she made the whole process so easy and accessible. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to find reputable location or get set up transport pick up from hotel to location. It was a terrible experience which I never want to go through again. Upon arrival at the hospital, the consultant , Jeab who led me there was not present to receive me. Instead I was attended by the medical sstaff who flatly shot down the agreed quotations offered by Jeab and even said they do not need the VDO anymore so they could not offer me what Jeab did and I was told I had to pay 3 times the proce of what I was offered before. Consequent to the price dispute, there were lots of bleak moments between the consultant and the medical staff internally then I was made to wait for over two hours then they suddenly reversed to ask for VDO compromised on an agreed price. I repeated said no to revealing my face for the VDO and the secretary Kimmy assured me my face will not be shown on camera. Prior to seeing the doctor, I was told to made payment first. For every doctor consultation, I had to go to the cashier to complete the payment and I was seeing two different doctors meant I had to repeat same process twice touring the entire medical centre so many times. What was most stupid was that I was never informed that I had to pay out of pocket for the Covid-9 test which I deem really unfair when there was konsixh prior information and they just dumped all the hidden cost on me. I only did the arm Vader+body tite along with pick laser for vaginal and I was made to go from building to building spending 7 hours there the entire day is really uncalled for!!!
