I was in Istanbul for a holiday and decided to try Morpheus 8. While looking for a clinic I stumbled upon bookimed.com. I didn't have much time since I was due to fly to Cappadocia the next day. ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant.

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.

Without her I wouldn’t have been able to find reputable location or get set up transport pick up from hotel to location. I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment.
The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily.

I liked everything, I was a little scared when my son was taken to the mrt, but thank you everything went well, the analyses did not reveal autism in the child, we are happy, the cause of zprr is not known. Speech therapy and vitamins are prescribed. Further time will show. The clinic is clean and comfortable. However, the price for pulling a tooth was significantly high compared to other clinics because at that moment I had a toothache. Significantly high is 10 times more expensive, but in principle, the clinic is large, clean, and the devices are new.

Drs seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional but I was told I would have results within 2 working days. When I didn’t receive any information I returned to the hospital and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen I had to come in again and was hugely surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to blame me somehow. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I couldn’t hear. Other staff did their best to help afterwards but considering the money spent and my experience I would not recommend this place at all.

I like how efficient everything was. Was met at the airport and welcomed then transferred to my hotel. Met Dr Ersa Ozbasli the next morning who was amazing and very friendly.
