My daughter and I had a mole removed at this clinic! I never saw the doctor in the eyes, I thought after the operation he would come in to find out our condition, however, young specialists came in! I’m not even sure now whether that professor or others did the operation. Special! I wrote down so many questions that worried me, but ... On the scheduled date, the operation was not performed, as the Doctor went home they said! They promised to send the tests to Votsap or by mail, but the translators and consultants on the site who ignore them do not answer ... Something like that!

Well it's been about a month and I'm still recovering but I'm pleased I went there.
The people were nice
What I didn't like wasn't to do with the place or people. I went through quite a painful procedure getting rid of rather a lot of moles and I almost wished I hadn't when I was in pain.
It's all changed now that I'm healing.

I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant.
Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the staff who immediately helped me with all the necessary paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received.

I was in Istanbul for a holiday and decided to try Morpheus 8. While looking for a clinic I stumbled upon bookimed.com. I didn't have much time since I was due to fly to Cappadocia the next day. ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. The beginning of surgery was tough, doing the upper and lower Blepharplasty with shots and some pain reliever in my IV and I needed something a little stronger but I understand how careful the Dr was because I was under full anesthesia the minute the eye surgeries were done. The results are looking amazing and the swelling decreased daily. I’m not sure what oral pain meds I was on after surgery but it was perfect for me because I don’t like to be on very many pain meds and when the meds ended it was the time I usually stop taking any pain meds. I’m pleased with the results I’m seeing so far and it’s only 3 weeks post-op. Lilith and the the girls were amazing, Lilith helped be to the hotel nearby after my 2 day stay at the surgical hospital and she helped me with exchanging my money to pay my hotel bill because my Credit Union was blocking my use of my credit card. I recommend anyone from outside of Korea to make sure they have an account with a larger bank before getting surgery in another country. I can’t say how much I needed and got reassurance from the staff with removal of my stitches and just how conscientious the staff was that I would be as comfortable as possible. Dr Kim Yong Woo always asked if I had any questions and spend the time before and after surgery to make sure all my questions were answered. He did a good job on my surgery and I recommend him for anyone seeking plastic surgery in Korea.

I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment.
The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily.

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.
