My care was very good from start to finish. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by my interpreter and team. They were very friendly, put me at ease and explained what would happen and when. I had checks done and blood taken etc and met the consultant. He was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole procedure. I also met with the Anaesthetist. My procedure was completed and the care was fantastic from all the staff involved. The room and hospital were great. I felt like we had VIP treatment. The Hotel was also nice and everything runs like clockwork. But due to the situation with the coronavirus, there was no certainty that the borders would not be closed again, and in October I contacted Dilyara and asked if it was possible to postpone the operation to earlier dates. as a result, on November 14, I was already flying from St. Petersburg to Istanbul. The clinic quickly found time for my operation, rebooked a hotel room and agreed on a new transfer. In Istanbul I was met by a driver and I reached Bodrum comfortably. The operation was performed on November 15, Sunday, this is a day off at the clinic, but even then they met me halfway, because the return ticket was for November 17th. Day of the operation. I was picked up from the hotel by the driver, along with Mr. Chagatai Cebeji, the director of international relations, who speaks very good Russian, but mostly spoke English) on the way to the hospital, he briefly described the stages of the operation. After the operation, they told me how to do everything correctly during the rehabilitation period, gave me a weekly set of various pills, put on a special bandage on my head, gave me shampoo, a pillow for sleeping, and took me to the hotel. The next day I was brought to the clinic for a scheduled examination and taken back to the hotel, from where I was then taken to Istanbul and I flew back to St. Petersburg. The most difficult thing is to sleep on your back for 15 days, and, accordingly, do everything very carefully. A little more than a month passed after the operation. Facial hair grows, falls out, grows again, this is normal - shock hair loss. I know that there is no need to wait for the result earlier than half a year. I am still in touch with Dilyara, I am sending planned photos, which are evaluated by doctors. I promised to come to them in Bodrum next summer with the finished result and excellent mood) Am I satisfied with the result? - Now is the period of rehabilitation, and the final result has to wait, but what I see, I like it! Good day! I would like to share my impressions of being in the clinic. Thanks to the coordinators, the staff of the international clinic center, all wishes were taken into account. Special thanks to the attending physician, the procedure was perfect, the staff is very attentive, courteous. They are located in a 5-bed room, but at the same time there is no discomfort, food can be chosen taking into account personal taste preferences (Korean, European cuisine) and at the same time satisfying and varied. I can say one thing, there is no limit to my gratitude, my recommendations to friends, acquaintances only this Clinic! The prices are reasonable.
