Only a patient or an accompanying person who has booked the hospital through Bookimed.com and visited the medical facility, underwent some procedures or was treated there can write a review. This option allows us to verify that our reviews come from real patients like you. We want you to share your story— both good and not-so-good ones.

We believe hospital reviews will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping patients make informed decisions about treatment destination.

Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after its moderated to comply with Bookimed.com guidelines. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.

After a review has been submitted, you can modify it by contacting Bookimed.com Customer Service contact@bookimed.com.

We'll allow the reviews to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Bookimed’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both patients and hospitals.
