At the Carolina Medical Center I am the head of the Department of Orthopedics, Traumatology and Sports Medicine. Dr. Kowalski completed advanced training at UCLA. There, he focused on sports orthopedics and stem cell research for musculoskeletal injuries. He also trained in arthroscopy and joint reconstruction at leading UK hospitals, including The Royal Orthopedic Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

He previously led the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department at Wye Valley NHS Trust. He also trained resident doctors. Dr. Kowalski is known for his surgical skills and holds international accreditations in orthopedic surgery.
