She is a member of Ukrainian Association of Reproductive Medicine (UARM) and European Society of Reproduction and Embryology and has expertise in Assisted Reproductive Technologies, Ultrasound Diagnostics, Hysterosalpingography, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy, Radio Wave Surgery, and the treatment of uterus problems and STDs. She has experience with international seminars and conferences.

Prof. Dr. Oya Gökmen is an expert in Reproductive Medicine with 45 years of experience. She specializes in IVF, endometriosis, and assisted reproductive technologies. Dr. Gökmen has performed thousands of procedures, including embryo cryopreservation, sperm donation, and IVF with gender selection. Her work has played a key role in advancing reproductive medicine in Turkey.

Dr. Gökmen led the first hospital in Turkey to receive ISO 9001 certification. She also helped Zekai Tahir Burak Training and Research Hospital earn the EFQM European Excellence certificate. She is a professor at Giresun University. Dr. Gökmen has served as president of the Turkish Gynecology Obstetrics Society and was the founding president of the Ankara Gynecological Association.
