Dr. Patrik Richtr has led the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department at Horovice Hospital since 2019. He earned his General Medicine degree from Charles University in Prague. He holds specialist certifications in Plastic Surgery (2010) and Surgery (2002).

He completed advanced training in reconstructive microsurgery and aesthetic procedures at top centers in Madrid, Taiwan, Vienna, and leading Czech hospitals. Dr. Richtr also took part in an experimental research project supported by the Czech Ministry of Health.

He has many years of academic and clinical experience. He has served as an assistant professor at Charles University and has made important contributions to surgical innovation and education.

Breast modeling is performed for the purpose of correcting voluminous, sagging breasts in order to lift them, reduce their volume and shape them, or due to the loss of breast volume after pregnancy, due to hormonal changes, or to restore the shape of the breasts after their partial or complete loss for various reasons. Breast shaping is a surgical procedure that is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 2 hours. Therefore, a preoperative examination is necessary. The aim of the procedure is to reduce the breast skin, strengthen the gland and overall modeling of the
breasts. There are several options for modeling and it depends on the specific needs of the client.

Overall, great service and pleased with my results

From pickup to drop off, it was all so easy. Denisa, my surgery coordinator was so sweet and made me really feel at ease. The doctor was also funny yet professional. I was having labiaplasty so it was nice to smile through it all. Also my recovery was really simple. I had minor pain for maybe 1 day and then I was really moving around fine. Plus, I knew I could call on Denisa if I had any problems. I really appreciated that since I was traveling alone for my surgery. Overall, great service and pleased with my results.
