Penis Botox involves placing a very small dose of botulinum toxin into either the bulbospongiosus muscle at the base of the penis or directly into the erectile tissue. The toxin temporarily relaxes over-active muscle fibres and improves local blood flow, which early studies suggest can:

Lengthen ejaculation time in men with lifelong premature ejaculation—on average tripling to six-fold increases in intravaginal latency.

Boost erectile rigidity for men whose erections are only partly responsive to tablets; 40-60 % of participants in recent trials reported clinically meaningful improvement.
