The doctor and the video consultations’ moderator (who also is my coordinator) are so patient, helpful, understanding, accommodating, and trustworthy. For the first time in a really long time, I feel cared for by a doctor and their staff! I would recommend this platform and this hospital to anyone who needed treatment!
I really did appreciate that. My doctor allowed me to speak uninterrupted and listened attentively.
The connection quality of the video consultation was a little bit choppy, but that could very well have been from my own Internet. I would not be quick to assign blame to the hospital and their computer or Wi-Fi.

The trip gave a positive result
We were diagnosed in Medical Park. We paid attention to the high level of medicine in Turkey and modern equipment, which is important for the correct diagnosis. The diagnosis was made in Kiev. The friendly attitude of the medical staff of the clinic, the round-the-clock support and assistance of Bookimed coordinator Lisa Dudnik, the support of the coordinators of the clinic made our stay at the clinic comfortable. The attending physician Veysel Kydyr helps us in correction of treatment and after returning home. Many thanks to Bookimed for the work done. The trip gave a positive result. We have a wish - clinic to make translations of medical documentation in a shorter period, and our medicine to rise to such a level that our loved ones receive medical care at the proper level in their country.

I am now trying to go on a medical trip again. The new system sucks. When you enter your phone number you have to receive a verification code to do a request. I didn't receive any code. I talked to the operator. They stringed me allong for almost a week,promising that the medical coordinator would contact me. Nothing happened. I am sick and they are truly not helpfull at all. Terribly !!@

I talked with customer service who stringed me allong for. several days promising me that a medical coordinator would contact me via whatt's app. It never happened. 4 times they made eccuses and promises. Very god and experienced surgeon, I recommend him to everyone who needs bariatric surgery. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the hospital . The hospital was a big disappointment. Despite nurse Berna it was a big problem to get competent medical care. The staff do not speak English, that is worsening the situation.Very low level of medical qualifications of the nurses . No help from caregivers. I kindly recommend to the surgeon to choose another hospital for the future.
