I am very happy that I chose here, although the price is cheap the surgeries are top quality!

This clinic was the best, honestly 10/10. I’ve had surgery before and I wish I would’ve found them earlier. I was skeptical to book with them at first, due to the low reviews and cheap price but I’m so happy iI did! Everything is straight to the point as soon as you get there, no messing around. My assistant maryem was so nice and never made us feel alone, I had to stay extra nights in the hospital but I didn’t mind, the staff were very attentive and the place was clean. There was a male nurse, I think his name was izmit although he didn’t speak English he was the most comforting and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and good for a standard room. As for my surgeon he’s the best! I had liposuction in January and the people before left my belly uneven and still fat, this surgeon took so much fat from my stomach and back, I have no more back rolls and my stomach is completely flat. I am very happy that I chose here, although the price is cheap the surgeries are top quality! I will be returning soon, thank you Adem & havva!

I would like to sincerely thank the whole team that accompanied me through this important stage - from the first steps to the eyebrow transplant procedure itself! Special thanks to Christina, my medical coordinator from Bookimed platform. She was there for me from the very beginning: she answered all my questions, supported me, explained everything as clearly and kindly as possible. Thanks to her, the whole process of organisation went smoothly and calmly. I felt that I could rely on her completely, which is invaluable! I would also like to thank Bibi, the interpreter at the clinic in Istanbul. She met me, helped me to orientate myself, was there for me the whole day of the operation and took care of me like a family member. She made me feel confident and relaxed. This is the first time I went to another country to have surgery and, for the first time, I went to Turkey. So I was very nervous. But from the preparation to the arrival by chat, to the arrangements on the spot: airport transfer, hotel, travelling to the dressing, I was fully under the care of the clinic staff. I knew what the next step was, what time it would be, when to take what medication, how the operation would go, etc. I knew everything. I was carefully guided through these few days, as if by the hand. The hotel where I was accommodated also took my needs into account: I had to work and the clinic staff booked a room with a desk, which was very important for my comfort during work. The clinic staff were helpful, professional, communicative and friendly. When I left, I tried to find anything that could have been improved and I realised that it would be very difficult to make a complaint - everything was done to the best of my ability. Some colleagues have already asked for recommendations and I was happy to give them.

1. Questions about the medical equipment in the operating theatre 2. Issues with the organisation of the operation when outsiders enter the operating theatre and the door to the operating theatre is open wide open 3. Questions about the attempt to substitute one type of operation for another. 4. 4. Questions about the amount of post-operative medication given out, which is not enough for the required number of days of administration. 5. Questions to the organisation: I was forced to eat a dry breakfast on the day of the operation, because they rushed the time of the start, but in fact before the operation half an hour of time was wasted on waiting and just at this time it was possible to have a full breakfast. 6. Questions about the speed of delivery from the airport to the hotel. 150 km/h journey speed is not safe. 6. No questions only about the hotel. Novotel exceeded all my expectations.
