The hospital and the staff couldn't have been better

I am very happy with this clinic. At first there were doubts, I chose for a long time. I read all the reviews.... But as a result I chose this clinic. And I was not mistaken. Everything was very well organised. The doctor showed the future result on the computer. We chose the option that I wanted. The next day we had the operation. The hospital and the staff couldn't have been better. I was taken care of the whole time. Then I was taken to a hotel. A week later the cast was removed. I had 24 hours online communication with the doctor. I didn't feel like I was alone. The doctor is very talented. You can't see the stitches at all. It's important to trust this doctor. And the counsellors

I highly recommend her

Thank you very much for everything. I am very satisfied so far, everything looks very professional and I feel very comfortable with the results. My husband also says that everything is very good and he has a very good impression. Very grateful for the driver and all the staff at the clinic, the interpreters are all very nice. I am also grateful to Jimena, the Bookimed consultant for all her attention, without her support all this would not have been possible. I highly recommend her.

From my arrival in Turkey to my departure, all the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The nurses were very attentive and made themselves understood very well, thank you for your patience.

I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

I had my liposuction procedure and breast lifting done, and I am genuinely very happy with my decision. From the very beginning, communication with the team was professional, kind, and responsive. All my questions were answered in detail, and I felt well-informed and taken seriously. On the day of the surgery, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. The medical staff was attentive and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the doctor took the time to explain the procedure clearly, including the realistic expectations and possible risks. The surgery itself went without complications. My Experience at Dr. Med’ Clinic The team was absolutely wonderful. The surgery went smoothly, and I’m truly grateful to Dr. Yunus, all the clinic staff, and especially Dr. Yunus and Akylay. Everything was organized professionally, with care and efficiency. I underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the results and the service. My only suggestion would be this: for such major plastic surgeries, the patient should ideally stay at the clinic for at least 3 days under medical supervision. This is essential for proper recovery and peace of mind. Also, I would prefer that Dr. Yunus personally performs the bondage changes, as he does them best — and it noticeably speeds up the healing process. Aside from that, everything was top-notch: the team is responsive, caring, and highly professional. Thank you all for your care and excellent work!

I really appreciated the staff’s efficiency — their ability to respond quickly to my needs, react promptly to my messages, and show genuine care, empathy, and commitment to my smooth recovery and overall experience.

What I didn’t like was that the consultation took place on the same day we arrived. It was exhausting, as we were sleep-deprived, tired, and unable to fully process the information the doctor was giving us. It was an unpleasant experience. We had booked our flight based on a recommendation from the Doctor-Med clinic’s sales department. Another thing that disappointed us was being hospitalized for only one day — we had to extend the stay ourselves for the second day. I strongly believe that after such serious surgeries, the patient should be hospitalized for at least two days for proper medical supervision and recovery.
