В целом в клинике все оперативно, как только мы поступили в клинику девушки на ресепшене быстро среагировали. Сам профессор Dr. Мed. Barberra принял нас очень вежливо, уделил много времени адаптации ребенка к себе, что бы он привык, поскольку ребенок был испуган, профессор проявил прям индивидуальный подход, что достаточно редко для доктора такого уровня особенно учитывая что он вовсе не детский даже хирург, поэтому хочу отметить именно этот момент, так что маленьким пациента, конечно, стоит туда обращаться. Доктор оперативно сработал поскольку по своему направлению не увидел проблему и перенаправил нас к ортопедам где нам так же оперативно сделали рентген. Норд Клиник Альян очень точные в организации, то есть нас минута в минуту по времени встретили, отдельно хочу отметить Карину, девушка переводчик, все время нас сопровождала, никаких задержек, никаких лишних звонков делать не приходилось.

I did an online consultation with the doctor thou was expecting a good feedback but instead it turned out to be a heartbreaking one but it was a fact maybe that I didn't knew but otherwise they are average.

I requested a second opinion for the treatment of prostate cancer for my dad. The cosultation was provided in written by Prof. Dr. med. Sebastian Melchior. He answered all my initial questions and the ones I've sent after his initial answers in meter of few days. This helped us in understanding better the situation and possible options. However due to the fact that most of the answers were of general rather specific nature, in the end we are still not sure what is the better treatment in our case.

I have chosen 2nd opinion from Germany. The medical team was great. It was very helpful experience. Thank you so much. This site helped a lot and people are very ethical and supportive.

Extract from the clinic. The doctor had a conversation with me (through an interpreter) for 3 minutes before the operation and 5-10 minutes after the operation (after 2 days of re-discharge). It seems that the operation in Hamburg I did right. But the rest ... Another important fact. At the entrance I was promised a price of 22,000 euros with a deposit of 2,000 euros, which is refundable if there are no complications during the operation. So, as of today 2019-05-22, this deposit was not returned to me. Despite the fact that I was very tolerant in this matter - I did not demand, I did not pester ... This is a note for future customers of this clinic. Feel free to write off this amount of the so-called deposit on expenses. Such a marketing course of German clinics. I understand that for me and for the majority of clients of (international) clinics, this 2,000 euros means nothing on the total amount of the costs of treatment and imposes on health ... But... Итак, у меня была операция. На сердце. Диагноз был Мерцательная аритмия. Сделали Абляцию. Как сделали - я не знаю. Надеюсь на должном уровне. Но ! Обратная связь. Это конвеер. Ты со своими медицинскими проблемами/диагнозами попадаешь на конвеер. Не знаю, хорошо это или плохо - но это так. Мне сделали операцию очень быстро - за что я благодарен. Далее. Выписка из клиники. Доктор имел со мной беседу (через переводчика) 3 минуты пере операцией и 5-10 мин после операции (спустя 2 дня пере выпиской). И все. На мои вопросы что мне делать дальше (какие прогнозы, рекомендации и т.п. я не получил ответа). На следующий день (день выписки из клиники) пришла медсестра/ассистент доктора, вручила выписной эпикриз на немецком языке. На вопрос, а можно ли на английском - получил ответ, что можно, но обращайтесь к переводчикам. Вот так. Еще. Рецепт для покупки назначенных мне медпрепаратов (для покупки в аптеках Германии) я ждал более 2-х часов. И это после неоднократных напоминаний. Никаких рекомендаций касательно наблюдений за прохождением /последствиям операции я не получил. В результате я был вынужден через интернет искать возможные тонкости/осложнения после моей операции. Далее через 20 дней у меня случился рецидив - длительная аритмия на протяжении 4-х суток. Обнаружил самостоятельно через наручный детектор пульса Garmin. Как следствие, купил аппарат по регистрации ЭКГ и с помощью его самостоятельно зарегистрировал этот факт рецидива. Далее через интернет понял, что это допустимо при моем диагнозе на периоде до 3-х месяцев после операции. Сейчас, спустя полгода (без недели) у меня аритмии не наблюдается. Похоже, что операцию в Гамбурге мне сделали правильно. Но остальное... Еще один немаловажный факт. Мне на входе обещали цену 22 000 евро с депозитом в 2 000 евро, который подлежит возврату, если нет осложнений во время проведения операции. Так вот по состоянию на сегодня 2019-05-22 мне этот депозит не вернули. При том что я был очень толерантен в этом вопросе - не требовал, не донимал... Это к сведению будущих заказчиков этой клиники. Можете смело списывать эту сумму так называемого депозита на расходы. Такой себе маркетинговый ход немецких клиник. Я понимаю, что для меня и для большинства клиентов клиник (международных) эти 2 000 евро ничего не значат на общей сумме расходов на лечение и взагали на здоровье... Но... Лично мне это неприятно. Мне есть с чем сравнивать. В 2007 году я был на лечении в Израиле. Результат по всем параметрам 5+++ Здесь в Германии на 3--- Я не учитываю медицинский аспект - здесь сложно мне быть адекватным оценщиком.

Протокольное обследование на хорошей аппаратуре, доброжелательные доктора, прекрасный послеоперационный уход. Больше всего удивило, что проф.Бехт лично дважды в день совершал обход: утром с мед.персоналом, во второй половине дня один. А в общем все заточено под долгую полноценную жизнь. Я очень довольна. Что ещё понравилось: пациенту все детально разъясняют, предлагают несколько путей решения проблемы. Это здорово!

Nobody followed whether the patient was taking the medicine or not (my mother was almost blind), and I had to stay there myself all day and give her medication. But purely human, people are wonderful. Attention, courtesy and good manners. On the other hand, all this could be due to the acute shortage of qualified personnel, which Germany is currently experiencing. Мы только что оттуда. К врачам и их профессионализму у нас претензий нет, но сама обстановка не просто разочаровала, а шокировала. Медсестры не могут попасть в вену - руки мамы были сплошь в гематомах, мне пришлось самой находить и показывать им вены, так как я сама медработник. Наконец, в очередной раз им пришлось позвать кого-то из реанимации, чтобы справиться с этим нехитрым делом. Более того, во время таких манипуляций не соблюдались правила гигиены- мне пришлось потребовать, чтобы медбрат, которого прислали из реанимаии, простерилизовал руки и надел перчатки. Никто не следил за тем, принимает ли пациентка лекарства или нет ( мама почти слепая), и мне приходилось самой оставаться там целый день и давать ей лекарства. Но чисто по-человечески- люди замечательные. Внимание, вежливость и хорошие манеры. C др стороны- все это могло быть связано с острой нехваткой квалифицированных кадров, которые сейчас испытывает Германия.
