I took my mother (Halimo Ileye) to see Dr Baris at Okan's rheumatology clinic as was arranged by you. He only saw her for 25 mins then asked her to come back the following day for blood tests. He saw my mother for another 25 mins on the next day briefly explaining her blood tests' results, then prescribed some osteoarthritis drugs for her and recommended some physical therapy tips and told us that we would get the full report in a day or two. However, when we received the report on Thursday, I asked his secretary to go back to him and ask him to send us a full report and not just her laboratory results and to include all the medications he prescribed for my mother, their commercial names, frequency and length of use, as this was verbally explained during the session and not in writing

Then I told the coordinator Lydia about my medical history starting in 2013. After that, I reported that I had recommendations from a pulmonologist to undergo an annual examination for changes in the lungs. I do not know for what reason, but it was my lungs that interested both my coordinator and the doctor in Gabburg. As a result, I received an assurance that my lungs are in perfect order and there is no reason for an annual CT scan. Departing from the generally negative style of my storytelling, I express my gratitude for this recommendation. And I really hope that I can trust her. Returning to the main topic. The doctor familiarized himself with the results of lung examinations, and in great detail, I would say in more detail than the results of examinations of my joints. Namely, MRI - a study of the hip joints - which came to the radiologist, in the last days before leaving. This fact confused me extremely. I come with a joint problem. But the main bias is, oddly enough, absolutely not on the joints. As I wrote above, the MRI results of the hip joints reached the doctor a few days before my departure. After examination, MRI examination of the joints. I was told that most likely the necrotic changes were caused by the intake of hormonal drugs that relieve the symptoms of arthritis. Due to difficulties with passing examinations during the quarantine period. The examination took more than 2 weeks due to the wait for my turn. As a result, I did not receive an answer or any proposals to solve the problem. I sat down to write this review. I consider this attitude towards clients who, according to your organization, did not receive either a solution to the problem or a diagnosis for which they were going, but at the same time received a worsening of symptoms and general condition - at the very least, extremely unprofessional. Perhaps this review will help you organize future trips for your clients at a more decent level. I would just like to receive adequate consultation and check-up not only for rheumatological problems, but also possibly for other reasons that can cause arthritis. As well as recommendations on how, if possible, to stop the progression of the process.

What you liked: - bookimed themselves translated downloaded analysis results and any conclusions that I received from myself in Moscow; - Skype offered a translator (I did not need it); What did not like: - It was not possible to schedule a video call on the day I needed because of discoordination, but then they figured out; Total: in my opinion, a hangout with a doctor is appropriate in those cases when it is necessary to make a decision on a transaction with a high cost, it is faster, cheaper and organizationally simpler than a flight. Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. I underwent Gamma Knife surgery on my trigeminal nerve at Medical Park Clinic and I would like to express my huge gratitude to all the medical staff and especially to the professor who performed the procedure. The operation was difficult, as it involved the trigeminal nerve and there was a risk of injury to nearby nerves. However, thanks to the professionalism and high qualifications of the professor, everything went well. He performed the procedure with jewellery precision, minimising possible risks and ensuring an excellent result. The Medical Park clinic also impressed with its high level of service, attentive attitude to patients and modern technological base. I felt in safe hands from the moment of consultation to the end of the rehabilitation period. I would recommend this clinic and especially the professor to anyone who needs treatment related to trigeminal nerve. Thank you for your work and care!

The clinic is wonderful, everything is modern and clean. People are kind and helpful, they will help and advise you in everything. The doctor I went to is a professional in his business, immediately understood my request and the next day was the operation, he did a great job. The nurses are wonderful and caring girls, they always checked my condition and took care that everything was good. The girl who helped me in the clinic and with the transfer and passed the doctors with me, was always in touch and helped with any questions. I am very happy that I came to this clinic and to the people who are doing a great job.

I was very impressed by eveything.It took us almost 6 months to find the best doctor and Hospital for my mum.The agent who helped us from bookimed was the best lots of research and we finally settelled for st Rafaella Hospital .We were not disappointed Everything was done well and perfectly and the Agent was intouch all the way through it all.I would recommend anyone to go through them.My mother got. her Treatment and we are very greatful.It was a very stressful time knowing that my mother had to go for radioiodine for her thyroid turns out she did not need that and that there was other Options available .We are thankful.

At the Turan Turan Clinic, I had total hip replacement surgeries on both legs almost simultaneously, two days apart. The operation was categorised as complicated. From the very first days of my stay in the clinic until my discharge I was really surrounded by sincere care and attention of the doctor and medical staff and interpreter. I was placed in a very comfortable ward with everything I needed. The interpreter and assistant in the person of Eldar did not leave me a step and helped with translation, consulted, gave useful advice and literally led me by the hand to the doctors where I was examined, from the X-ray room to the anaesthesiologist before the operation. Preparation for the operation, collection of analyses, their study and consultation with doctor Kayhan Turan took little time. Everything went promptly. The surgery was performed by the head doctor Kayhan Turan himself, who has vast experience in orthopaedic surgeries. With his light hand and high level of professionalism, the two surgeries two days apart were very easy. Smith & Nephew prostheses were fitted. Both operations were performed under spinal anaesthesia, which in my case completely eliminated the unpleasant stage of coming out of anaesthesia. I was conscious during the operations. Subsequent rehabilitation took place in a hospital ward, where special medical simulators were used along with exercises to develop the joint and vessels. I am very satisfied with the choice of this clinic.

Hospital fine, clean decent staff Got gynecomastia surgery, emintha into healing moderately okay results, had maybe grade one maybe grade 2 gyno, got glands removed as I was very lean, Surgeon made long incisions, along my chest, have two ling 3 Inch scars on either side of my nipples on both side of my chest Fland wasn't fully removed on my left side so have recurring gyno, Need steriod injection to help with scaring, surgeon isn't competent enough to go through the nipples to leave no scarring, Pictures they send of before and after are a lie, Probably look worse than before cant take my top off after, The response to this was get laser treatment or steriod injections Sub par save your money go somewhere else Probably the same for most procedures they do
