I really like the doctor's approach, very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He was willing to hear my questions and explained the whole procedure and post operation requirements. I am not the patient, but a friend to the family. Dr. Leila, of Bookimed, has been constantly there to expedite the process of helping Br. Zakariya to o get his medical treatment. She was available during times when she was not even supposed to be working. Dr. Leila is truly an asset to Bookimed, and I feel blessed to have had her on the team.
When the patient was stuck at the airport, and Dr. Leila saw that he, and his brother received the tickets needed to fly to Sivas.
I feel that there needs to be someone stationed at the airport to escort international patients directly to their gate, andon to their flight. The airport personnel were not very helpful.

Their whole approach to patients is very human, in the sense that they don't see you as just a body, but a human being with a soul as God created him, something that is hard to experience in the west...so probably that's something special that needs single out.

The clinic has a very good atmosphere, despite the fact that it is a hospital. Stay in this clinic can be compared with a sanatorium. The doctors are qualified, they explain everything in detail, they are treated with respect. The chamber is very comfortable, beautiful view from the window, which helps to switch a little from the disease. There is wi-fi in the ward, which is very important for foreign patients, since you can always contact your relatives without any problems. There is a TV, a fridge, a shower and a toilet in the ward.
I am very pleased with the book service, namely Katerina and Daria, as they facilitated all the organizational issues. We picked up the necessary flight at the best price. I was very worried that when we arrived at the airport we would reach the clinic without knowing the language. But bookimed takes care of his patients, we were met by a transfer, brought to the clinic, held to the reception, helped to arrange all the documents. If there were any questions, Daria and Katerina are always in touch and always helped to resolve any issue. I am very pleased with the clinic that bookimed offered us. Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. We came to the clinic with bags, as the appointment was before check-in to the hotel, in the end we carried the bags ourselves to the place where they said to leave them, there is no staff in the clinic, there are no men who could pick up the bags and no trolleys for bags, I think it is not expensive for this clinic to do such a service.

زرنا مستشفى ليف بإسطنبول بناءا على نصيحة منسقكم السيد عماد حسين و تعاملنا مع قسم الاورام هناك بمساعدة السيدة فراح
الحقيقة المستشفى كان في المستوى و التعامل مع المريض كان جيد جدا
وقعت مشكلة صغيرة بخصوص ثمن الاستشارة الذي وصل الى 700 اورو بسبب سوء تفاهم مع المترجم لكن تم حل المشكلة و الاكتفاء بثمن الاستشارة 90اورو
شكرا على تعاونكم
نعم كان فيه تعاون كبير جدا من طرف السيد عماد حسين حتى انه كان يراسلني للسؤال و للاطمئنان على صحة المريضة

Tatyana, the representative of the company, is very communicative, explains everything, no complaints, even came at 7.30 for the procedure, although there was no translation. I made a slight remark, the price for some services was not announced to me , but in fact it was added... These side effects must also be voiced before the trip...... The hospital is on the level, I felt calm there, I have complete trust in the doctors, you can calmly go for treatment.....
