I have retina detachments issues therefore I applied this group of individuals. When we agreed there was one professor the one week prior to my arrival we retired and I was offered Dr. Shaudig whom i eventually never met.
On meeting in the reception I was advised that said professor was ill today. So I was routinely and e consumer,inglese inspected by a couple of young 1doctors who told me nothing new in the end. The story cost me min 1000 Euros. For just nothing. It could look funny that such cases still occur in the 21 sr century in Western Europe. I was promised a report on my case from the Professor but I’m still looking forward to enjoy it. This circus took places in a Hamburg 28.11.17. Think twice everyone. Not all the gold that glitters

My mom had retinal detachment and cataracts, we were very confused, could not choose a clinic (there was too much conflicting information about clinics in Turkey), while they decided to confide, lost time, the operation had to be done as soon as possible .... Tatiana put me in touch with the interpreter Olga from Special Veni Vidi Eye Health Centre Veni Vidi Göz Caddebostan
On the first day I had a quality examination and on the same day I had a lens replacement surgery in one eye.
The operation was performed by a wonderful doctor with many years of experience, a professional in her field - Sultan Kaya Unsal.
The operation lasted about 6 minutes (for the 1st eye), the 2nd eye was done the next day in 4 minutes 32 seconds!
The process was painless and stress free.
Today, more than a week after the operation, I can see perfectly, read and write small print! No discomfort ! The recovery process is ongoing!
Thank you very much for your labour and competence!

And the breakfasts there are good and the staff is responsive, the rooms are cramped, but in the old part of the city, more terrible than a hotel is even more expensive, and this hotel cost us very cheap.

My assessment of the clinic was only because I did not stay there, only about 20 minutes for an OSTA examination. I was expecting a full examination because I was invited to the Ichilov-Surasky clinic, but was only in two private clinics for consultations. I chose the Vital hotel exclusively because of Considerations to be close to the clinic. Thank you very much Bookimed for choosing a clinic for us for 3 months and keeping in touch with us throughout the time that we were there, but their partners who deal with us upon arrival in the country are negligent about worn and not fully perform their obyazonnosti.Im want to advise humanity, we (people with health) eat with the hope of recovery! I had an extremely frustrating experience at the hospital . None of the staff spoke English, which made it nearly impossible to communicate my concerns and questions. To make matters worse, they refused to accept card payments, and instead, they provided third-party payment details, which raised a huge financial red flag for me.
To add insult to injury, I was required to pay a deposit of $200 in cash, which I later found out was non-refundable. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. It left me feeling both financially and emotionally distressed, and I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. Clear communication and fair payment practices are fundamental aspects of any healthcare facility, and this hospital failed miserably in both regards.
In addition to the communication and payment issues, I must mention that the hospital was located in a completely unsuitable area for tourists. This made the overall experience even more distressing. Visitors to a foreign country expect medical facilities to be accessible and accommodating, but this hospital was situated in a place that made it extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable for travelers. It's an important factor to consider for anyone planning to visit the area and needing medical care.

I am writing my impressions of visiting the Italian clinic of San Rafaele. Everything was organized through bookimed. I did everything for the first time and there were concerns whether I got on a dubious site?!? But to our surprise, which was very pleasant, thanks to consultants with bookimed, we were admitted to the clinic at a convenient number for us, and we called more than once about the translator and our escort in the clinic. As a result, we met with a consultant translator near the clinic without any problems. At the reception was a clear translation of all our problems on the retina. Were at the Department of Ophthalmology. The doctor examined very carefully. I attracted two more doctors for the necessary computer research during the appointment. The attitude is very attentive and not superficial. We learned a lot of new and interesting information about a sore eye .... By the way, for the money, we paid only the cost of the consultation itself in the clinic.
