Kadir Oyur is a dynamic and accomplished medical professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of surgery. He completed his Postgraduate Residency in Plastic Surgery at the Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Minsk, Belarus, followed by another residency in General Surgery at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Kiev, Ukraine. Prior to this, he pursued his medical education at Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa English Medical School. Throughout his career, Kadir has held various positions, including roles at Europ-Assistance Insurance Company in Turkey and Antes Aesthetic Surgery Center in Belarus. He has actively engaged in research and observational programs at prestigious institutions like Harvard University Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the University of California, Irvine. Kadir is also proficient in computer skills and speaks multiple languages fluently, including English, Turkish, Kurdish, Russian, and German. Mehmet Özdemir, a Turkish national born on July 20, 1990, in Mardin, Turkey, is a dedicated and accomplished medical professional. He completed his primary education in Mardin before pursuing his secondary education at Siirt Science High School in Siirt, Turkey. Later, he studied Medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty English Division from September 2008 to August 2014. He began his residency as an Emergency Physician at Nusaybin State Hospital and continued his medical journey with various positions, including Resident Doctor at Dicle University Medical Faculty, specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. Özdemir's extensive experience includes electiveships and fellowships at prestigious institutions such as Hannover Medical School in Germany and Cerrahpaşa University Medical Faculty in Turkey. Notably, he conducted research on novel graft techniques for rhinoplasty, earning him recognition under the supervision of Dr. Mehmet Fatih Akkoç. Özdemir further enriched his expertise through elective programs and fellowships, including a recent fellowship at the Auersvald Clinic in Curitiba, Brazil, under the guidance of Dr. Andre Auersvald. Dr. Burak Pasinlioğlu graduated from Ankara Science High School in 2006. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. He also graduated from Anadolu University Business Administration Department in 2016 as the second university.

In the Medical Specialization Examination (TUS) held in 2014, he ranked 39th among approximately ten thousand doctors and was entitled to receive training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, one of the most well-established plastic surgery clinics in Turkey. During his residency, he performed hundreds of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.

He participated in many surgeries as an observer at the Cleveland Clinic, which was chosen as the second best hospital in the USA. In 2019, he worked as a fellow with world-renowned plastic surgeon Prof.Dr.Moustapha Hamdi in breast aesthetics and reconstruction in Brussels for 3 months. After successfully completing the course organized by the Reconstructive Microsurgery Association, he was awarded a microsurgery certificate. At the end of 2019, he completed his residency and became a specialist. His thesis in the experimental field was published as an academic article in the world's best plastic surgery journal, PRS Journal. In addition, he has many academic articles.

He passed the first step of the European Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) board exams in Brussels, Belgium in 2019 and the second step in İzmir, Turkey in 2020, and was awarded the title of Fellow of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS). He also has a professional qualification certificate from the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.

Between 2019-2021, he completed his compulsory service at Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital. He attended many national and international meetings and courses. He has many oral presentations at meetings. There are 2 plastic surgery book translations for Turkish plastic surgeons. He is a chapter author in 2 different plastic surgery books. He is a member of Turkish Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Association (TPRECD), Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Society (EPCD) and The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).

His interests are rhinoplasty, breast aesthetics, facial aesthetics, body aesthetics, minimally invasive aesthetic procedures (filling, botulinum toxin applications, mesotherapy and PRP), breast reconstruction and microsurgery.

He started ice skating as a hobby at childhood, and in the following years he was selected to the university team and then to the national team. In 2011, he represented our country at the University Winter Games (Universiade) and received the title of Olympic national athlete. In addition, he is professionally interested in skiing. Other his hobbies are running and swimming.

After achieving a high degree in the national exam, Dr Hakan Tekin started his medical education at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty / English Department. Dr Tekin worked in the E&A Department and ICU of State Hospital in Van after graduation for two years. He started to work in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department at Van Yuzuncu Yil University. He was trained in many types of surgical procedures, including; microsurgery, maxillofacial surgery, congenital deformities, hand surgeries and aesthetic procedures. 

He worked in Van Training and Research Hospital as head of the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department. In 2016 he started to work at Memorial Private Hospital in Diyarbakır. In 2018 Dr Tekin worked at Zurich University/Swiss as a fellow. By the end of 2018, he founded his private clinic in Diyarbakır. He performed thousands of aesthetic surgical procedures since then.

Dr Tekin moved to London in 2022 and has continued to perform his procedures in İstanbul. Dr Tekin has published numerous scientific articles in international and national plastic surgery journals. He presented many scientific presentations at international and national congresses and conferences.

Dr Tekin attended dozens of international courses led by world-known mentors, improved his deep knowledge, and got certified. He is a member of ISAPS, TPRECD and TTB.
