The experience with bookimed was the worst
About Bookimed service
My experience with bookimed was disappointing..
I had to fill out their questionnaire several times, I don't know how they didn't send my correct number to the clinic, even though I gave it to them 4 times, and that's why I couldn't agree on anything with the clinic until the last moment. We agreed with bookimed on a date which actually did not correspond to the clinic, but they could not inform me about it because they did not have my number due to bookimed and their frivolous business. Because of them, I had to agree on rescheduling the operation a week before my departure to Istanbul, because of them I had to negotiate about the extra days in the hotel, which were not included in the package because I planned the flight according to the dates agreed with bookimed, but I had to change my plans because the clinic was not was able to operate in this period. Horrible experience but luckily the clinic staff and especially mr. Ege was amazing and we figured it out despite the problem coused by bookimed.
