Bookimed.com is a very good platform, and I am happy that I have found this platform. About my experience it wasnt what I was expecting, not for bookimed fault, but mostly from hospital, medical staff and assistants. Somehow I can sum it up as I was part of a very strange experience, where everything is beautiful in words, but not in reality. In the end all I have are words, maybe a little improvement on my health condition - but not a real fix, and no documents at all about my medical treatment.

Everything is high. The doctor came before the operation (did ablation) and said that it gives 99%, which will be a good result. Chamber for one person, everything you need is there, everything is thought out. Coordinator Pavel answered all my questions very promptly.

The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. Very pleased with the attitude towards patients. The staff was polite and courteous. They responded quickly to all my needs. They suggested the best alternative treatment and were very tactful during the operation. The operation was done under local anaesthesia, and painkillers have very little effect on me, but the doctor was very sensitive and understanding of my condition and patiently waited and increased the dose of anaesthesia until the action started. And during the whole operation constantly asked about my condition and even on small reactions of pain, which were reflected apparently in my face immediately responded. And the assistants (nurses) were close by, giving emotional support. I would especially like to mention the attitude of the interpreter Rabia, who was always in touch with me throughout my stay and answered at any time of the day, despite the workload I saw. This is very human of her when you don't know anything and don't know the language. I would like to thank the clinic and all the medical staff for the help provided and for the sensitive attitude towards each client.

Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. I didn’t have enough explanations about the risks, etc., the plastic surgeon explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, he was a very nice person. The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive. The diagnosis has been made, treatment methods have been determined, we plan to come for treatment in six months, because the prices are too expensive for us. We liked Emsey clinic very much. we were met from the airport with an interpreter and a driver. then placed in a very good hotel. delicious food was served 2 times at the hotel. The hotel had spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. On the 1st day we were brought for analysis, on the 2nd day they made a diagnosis, started treatment and we were placed in a ward. Within 5 days, we received the necessary treatment and good service. The doctors were very skilled and experienced. The coordinator Janseit was with us for 1 week and was very helpful in creating all the necessary amenities for us. Thanks to all the staff at Emsey Clinic.

Everything went quite well....first of all, of course, thanks to the girl Natalia Bruyaka, who was always in touch and helped solve all the questions that I had along the way...Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help on throughout the entire period... Everything was organized well... we were met at the airport, a VIP transfer, a black Mercedes, the driver, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name - a great guy, just an ace, took him to the hotel... Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... Thank you very much to those people who organize such tours and carry out such work... I am very grateful to them...

I have breast cancer and I went through chemotherapy in Moscow. Six sessions have passed. It was very difficult to tolerate these procedures. They are professionals. Always with a smile, polite, with enormous patience, and most importantly, they understand that they work with a special audience, with people who did not come to rest. Someone to find out the diagnosis, and someone to do the operation. Thank you so much to the girls. The clinic was impressive. Doctors are professionals. The equipment is super. I got the opinion of a third party, it coincided with the opinion of a doctor from Kazakhstan. I was prescribed a prescription, I bought medicines at the pharmacy and started drinking on arrival home.
