Dr. Marouane is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon from France with over 30 years of European experience. He specializes in upper limb surgery for hand, elbow, shoulder, and nerve reconstruction using open, arthroscopic, and innovative techniques to ensure a faster recovery time for patients. He founded three centers for hand and upper limb surgery in France. He has performed over 8,000 surgeries, consistently meeting or exceeding patient expectations. In 2011, he was awarded the French Legion of Honour’s Knight of the Legion of Honour (Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur). He is the Founder of Tunisia’s Sports Medicine Center. He graduated from Medical Faculty of Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) in Turkey, in 2008 and further specialised at GATA Department of Otolaryngology, between 2011-2015. After he had completed his compulsory service in government hospitals, he had worked in reputed private hospitals in İstanbul before coming to Dubai. Besides general ENT disorders of adults and children, Dr. Binar is interested in aesthetic nasal surgeries (rhinoplasty), functional nasal surgeries and the management of obstructive sleep apnoea. Considering total of 12-year experience in otorhinolaryngology, he has followed the surgical evolution of rhinoplasty through years, via watching the hands of master's and taking many courses in Turkey, which is one of the leading countries of rhinoplasty world. Apart from surgical and clinical practice, he has been the part of a considerable number of research/clinical studies. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Baghdad, College of Medicine and completed his residency in Paediatrics. Since then, he has accumulated a wealth of experience as a Paediatrician, first in Iraq as Resident Physician and Paediatrician with some of the country’s top teaching hospitals.
After receiving his Board certification he practiced Paediatrics in Iraq, then in Jordan as Attendant Physician and Consultant Paediatrician. He began working in the UAE in 1999, practicing in both General Paediatrics as well as Neonatal & Paediatric intensive care.
Dr Osama brings a vast knowledge and expertise gained from enrollment in specialty training courses and clinical programs at some of the world’s most renowned hospitals and institutions, including in the UK and the Hospital for Sick Children in Canada.
For the last 15 years, he worked as Consultant Paediatrician and Department Head at Baraha Hospital in Dubai, where he was responsible for Inpatient care at the Paediatric & Neonatal Intensive Care, and Outpatient care at the hospital’s Paediatric unit.
Dr Osama specialises in General Paediatric problems and infections, Paediatric Respiratory problems and Paediatric GI tract & Urinary Tract problems. He is also focused on preventative healthcare issues and is a US certified International Lactation Consultant, since 2002. He has been heavily involved in Medical education programs and from 2008 to 2014 served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Paediatrics at the University of Sharjah, College of Medicine, and Department of Paediatrics. In this role, he supervised upper year Medical students and integrated their transition into Medical practice in a hospital setting.

He received his Ph.D. qualification (Candidate of Medical Sciences) in Cardiology from the Russian Federation. He has done extensive research in atrial fibrillation and cardiovascular diseases, and many of his articles have been published in leading journals across the country.
Dr. Kinah also received a Post-Graduate Diploma in Preventive Cardiovascular Medicine from the United Kingdom with distinction and holds a Level 2 Certification from the University of California in Cardiac CT Angiography. Dr Kinah is also GCAA designated specialist aeromedical examiner.
