Very good . Best doctors . Trained certified nurses , house keeping, nursing aid ,catering staff security , specially dr pradeep kumar cardiology.
I had a great experience in Aster Hebbal... Doctors who treated my mom r gud but the staffs and sisters r really horrible worst character people, besides they shout at us and fight infront of other patients... Staffs who changes diapers, we must run behind them fr hrs to change th diapers of th patient and if we question them, they wil revenge us by not cleaning the place n not changing th bedsheets... I wana mention specially deepika in general ward 1st Flore, shz a horible women, she doesn't knw how to treat ppl n she tortures patients n shouts at attenders all the time.. No manners n no decency at all... Worst sister Eva... Plz send her to som gvt hospital... She deserves a lot... Being a nurse she doesn't have the heart of love n care Rude idiotic women...
The overall experience of the Medical treatment, Medical staff, Non medical staff is remarkable. No better place then Aster for any small or big medical treatment. Right from Admission to Discharge not a single point of trouble, lovely Management. Thanx Aster Family for all the care and concern.… Long live life with more n more success.
I don't recommend this hospital. this is the worst hospital I have come across my entire life. It worst than govt hospital. Very irresponsible doctors as well as the staff. No proper treatment given. For what reason or problems u go there, they are providing many more complications when discharge.Just for a fever and giddiness they costed 32,000 only for one n half day.Boycott this hospital.pade likhe lutere hai sab yahan
I had a very bad experience. They have great infrastructure and great doctors but horrible administration. They made us to run pillar to pillar for every requirement. "Great place but poorly managed " Thought that it's a good alternative for Columbia Asia ... but with experience I feel Columbia Asia is much better.
very good hospital and treatment was absolutely very nice and nursing staff also very good
One of the best hospitals in bangalore with state of art facility and excellent staff to take care of every need of all the patients walking in to the hospital.
Good, hygienic hospital, with great food. It may be a little expensive, but since most of us have health insurance, that shouldn't be a problem. The nurses and doctors are very friendly, and the facilities in the hospital are very good.
One of the top rated hospital with zero time management and discipline. No sense of time and appointment inspite of having done well in advance Keep patients waiting for hours and hours
Terrible experience. Senior doctors interested only in surgery cases. My father was taken to aster after falling, XRay and MRI was done but the doctors couldn't figure out a fractured spine... Stay away
Good hospital..great doctors n co operative nursing staff n guest relations officers...but very poor housekeeping n cleaniness staff...room for improvement in that area
Worst hospital on earth CA far better !! Focus only on money, no hygiene, improper bill, fraud billing, worst nursing don’t know the basic aid kit before u take sample. Lost much blood of an infant, very less staffing, for the first a super speciality hospital working on cost reduction on everything. Please never ever visit this hospital i was over billed since was able to identify the over charged was able to take back the money .think of the aged or illiterate ppl they get …fooled by these who can’t read. Stop endorsing n work on ur staffing sply nursing part. Nobody in billing team has no idea of test n it’s price they keep running from desk 2 desk to check. They treat for dengue but u can find many mosquitoes inside the ward or even PICU.
Thanking all the doctors, technicians, non medico and registration staff of Health Check Deptt. for making me comfortable and being friendly and cooperative through out the whole process. It's the first time I was doing my health checkup along but never felt so.

BUT ONE SMALL REQUEST KINDLY ENROLL MORE DOCTORS FOR GETTING AMBULANCE SERVICES EVEN ON HOLIDAYS... THANK U
We got the best treatment for my 8 months old baby, little expensive but you will get very good services. Super quick response from Doctors and nurses, our big thanks to PICU doctors Dr. Upendra, Dr. Anand, Dr. Aravind Dr. Soumya and Dr Harish Kumar... Thank you so much
Worst service. Rude staff. You pay for a senior doctor and has to consult his junior that too after waiting for hours. Gastro department is worst in this regard. They keep you waiting and finally you consult a junior doctor. After paying so much money you don't get the service. Please avoid.
If you want to spend your entire day in waiting this is the best place. You can measure your patience level at free of cost
worst emergency doctor I saw in my life I visited the hospital on 21st Aug at 3.50 pm for treatment of a stray dog bite. same time a lady bought a 3 year old kid who had a seizure. she was not able to tell him properly course of events as she was tensed. after the doctor and the lady(crying badly and appeared shaky) came out of the room and stood near me. I said, sir she looks tensed, she is unable to tell what happened, before I could even tell her to sit and calm down down…, which I wanted to and hence started a conversation, the doctor started yelling at me " mind the business you are here for, don't try to converse with other patients relatives" and just went off....I informed in the reception I don't want to take any treatment and walked off... someone pls treat the doctor of his hypertension first and teach him manners how to deal with visitors.... building a multi crore hospital with the highest technology is not enough....hire some courteous doctors I didnt even want to give that one star, but the "post" button was abled only after I gave a star
Had a terrible experience at the emergency!!! Staff do not just care to listen to you and delay inordinately without any plausible reason. The worst part is the discharge process which can be completed in 20 minutes but they would take more than 45 minutes to one hour after putting up lots of excuses why they could not do things faster. You can visibly see that there are adequate staff to handle small number of patients but they will not come to you in time or just roam around aimlessly inside the emergency room without attending to any specific patient. You just wonder what do they do with their time!!! If you request they would just tell that they are doing their job.
very very good and best hospital
Overall excellent experience... Spacious wards and corridors. Bright and cool ambience. Caring and responsive staff. Wholesome tasty food at the cafeteria. Top class patient care. Approachable doctors. Will strongly recommend the hospital.
My wife smti Deepasree C was advised operation by Dr Umesh Srikanth,Neurosurgeon for L4 L5 grade 2 listhesis on 3.2.20 for 5 days .She got admitted on 6th and I would like to thank him and his team for a successful operation with all necessary investigations on 7th feb'20.The cabin provided was clean and well maintained...The routine check ups were all satisfactory. The nurses were so down to earth and efficient enough to solve each and all problems even in odd timings also.I am thankfull to mrs Daisy veenu who attended my patient with so much care and dedication. I suggest the accounts branch of the organisation needs to be more developed.Rest, as a respectable job by the Doctors are very much satisfactory, compared to others I visited so far.... So I recommend Aster hospital ....
The only reason that I possibly can think of for the level of unprofessionalism that we experienced today at Aster CMI is that your CORE VALUES and PROMISE to your patrons takes a day off as well on Sundays. Need to find a more humane institution for an emergency situation on a Sunday/ Public Holiday.
Website has lot of protocols but none of them has been followed .
Worst service ever ! It’s surprising how aster group can show this low service in this hospital !! As they are known for the excellence service !!
is the best doktor ganesh iyer
I had a bad experiance with this hospital. Hospital is looking for only money not a good treatment.
I had a major surgery this Saturday. I went to India from Bahrain in a lot of pain. They received me from the airport in an ambulance. Very efficient team. No confusion in any stage. Excellent doctors, especially Dr Umesh Srikantha. Great nurses and customer service. I started walking the same day after a major spine surgery. Will recommend everyone to Aster CMI Hospital. Thanks to the team.
To get an appointment of few doctors have to wait for 15days... Simple Hype & the reputed doctors are just on board for the brand name but never comes to Hospital I guess..
Very poor hospital management at Aster RV. Lady managing the patients queue does not have a clue how to manage so it points fingers at the hospital management that they are not bothered
Today I happened to visit Aster CMI Hospital, Sahakara Nagar, Bangalore for first time to get my health checkup done. My experience is horrible. Just horrible. I spent 7+ hours in hospital & even then all the tests were not completed. This hospital is just & just ok in the infrastructure as far as the hospital building is concerned. But it is just a show to attract customers. It has very poor facilities. Terribly short of staff & laboratories. I was waiting for 2 hours for ev…ery test due to huge number of patients. Why are they accepting so many patients when they are not equipped with enough infrastructure to manage the crowd? The answer is simple. They are there just to earn money & let the patients wait & suffer. They have no respect towards people’s time. If you ask the front office staff. They will give you stereotype answers – My colleague is on leave; we have lot of patients today; etc. The height of stupidity is they mentioned my wife’s gender as MALE. All the tests were done based on that which resulted into totally wrong test results. When we asked them, they said we made changes in our system which was a bullshit lie. I checked the reference ranges of my reports & my wife’s reports. It’s exactly same which clearly indicate that these guys had not done anything after we pointed out their silly mistake. What does this mean? They are playing with This was my first & last visit to Aster CMI Hospital. I have very little or no hope that hospital management will bother to look into the feedback & take necessary corrective measures.
Posting in here because i tried posting directly on the wall and the moderator didnt share it I had a severe throat pain starting from 12th of September and after a week, I consulted a homoeopathy doctor and he informed me it is throat ulcer and gave me some medicine which didn't help me much. On 30/09/2019 the situation worsened and I decided to consult an ENT and visited Aster Hospitals Bangalore and paid 800Rs consultation fee. I took an appointment with Dr "GIRISH ANAND"…Читать дальше
Terrible management. Two people were given a 10 o clock appointment and the Doctor didn't show up until 10:30! They take patients for granted.
Excellent doctors, treatment and service.
Thanks to all the staff members who have made my life very easy specially Dr Mahadev Dixit, I pray god to grant him a long life to serve for the betterment of our society
Just great hospital great international team, also and great doctors in one roof!!
Here is why i recommend it- 1)Good Infrastructure 2)Expert, Professional and Humble Doctors 3)Good and friendly staff
It’s very difficult to get through phone lines to book an appointments...absolutely sad show!!After so much of time u get a connection you get a customer executive who doesn’t know anything and finally he/ she hangs the phone...Request the management to look into the same.
One among the best Hospitals in Bangalore, special thanks to Dr Nagesh and Dr Pradeep from Cardioscience Department, they really handle the emergency and critical cases well, creating the New Era in the field of Health care..........
nursing system is bad billing is bad no use for poor people?
Disappointing experience at the orthopaedic department after a knee fracture. The consultants there do not think it necessary to advise physical therapy which should be an important part of recovery. I had to suffer because of this poor guidance.
Dr.Anju Namashivaya, Fetal Medicine department, devil almost killed my unborn baby by giving false scanning report, for making money by doing further test and scanning, lucky we taken second opinion with other hospital and doctor, as per them i got positive report, thanks God for saving Unborn baby
My wife underwent thyroidectomy surgery at aster cmi hospital , Bangalore . Post surgery she was hospitalized for three days , which is required to be under observation . Nursing care was good , and all the facilities provided was good . It was conducive environment. We had a cashless hospitalization under a insurance. Cons :… Be aware of the consumables used by the nursing staff , which is obviously not covered under insurance. I understand few consumables are necessary, and most of them we won't understand why it's used . But there are few things that you can keep an eye , example hand sanitizer , bath towels , cotton swab , syringe etc. What I have noticed during my stay , during the day of discharge , sister's dumped these kind of items in your cupboard , they don't even see what is left over . They come and simply open up an unused syringe and prick them in the saline bottle , which was not necessary, the funny part in my case , patient had finished the saline which was administered and They were suppose to remove the setup. They will collect all the consumables saying " we are going to return back to pharmacy " Guys , out of my experience please check the items that are returned and make sure they are reflected in your bills " it's your hard earned money . I totally understand the mentality/state of the loved ones and patients on the day of discharged .we will be just thinking to some how get out of hospital after all the hard days we have passed in the hospital. Friends be aware " this is the situation hospitals are indulged in make money by this kind of cheap tricks ". OR hospital administration might not be aware of this . Either way , I request aster administration to have some process to tackle this issue . Recommendation: In terms of treatment, pro nursing care , facilities and for best and experienced doctors . I recommend aster multi speciality hospital.
I had a horrible experience in Aster hospital which could have been fatal. I took an appointment on 2nd March 2019 with a senior internal medicine doctor in OPD. I was having nagging abdomen pain and also feeling weak and down. He recommended blood tests . I met him again on 5th March 2019 with blood report and he suggested intravenous infusion of iron injection of 1gm as my blood iron level was down and haemoglobin was level was 9.4. This infusion was done on the same day… in their day care ward. They injected 1gm through infusion in 1hr 40min approx. After resting a little I came back to my home but before I could enter my home which is very near to the hospital , a tremendous and terrible pain started in my back chest and legs. The hand and legs started to become swollen and breathlessness My husband took me back hospital immediately to emergency and by that time the concerned doctors had already left and the doctors on duty tried their best to and gave few injections to reduce my pain. They did ECG also. Terrified as still I had cramps I requested them to admit me and keep under their observation. They told me that it happened because I am allergic to Iron injection. Now my question is how the doctor prescribed 1 gm to be given in 40mins without checking I am allergic or not and risking my life. I checked with one of my friends who had taken earlier, and also in various medical websites, it is recommended that it should be given slowly in min 4 hours and not 40mins as prescribed or 1 hr 40mins as actually given. This irresponsible and ignorance of doctor had almost costed my life that day. Now I have to visit cardiologist to find out if any damages are already caused on that day I reserve my right to claim from Aster Hospital authorities cost of any further medical treatment required due this doctors ignorance. We are surprised that doctor are not aware of the side effect and never cared to check if this iron injection will suit me or not I want people to know this and be alert in similar situations We need good doctors and not only a 5 star arrangement in hospital Hope hospital authorities will take suitable steps so that it doesn't happen in future to others
Took appointment for dr Naresh of gastroenterology dept (his consultation fee is higher then others in same dept)... Doc is so busy in surgery n all that he sees 1 patient in 1 hr..Finally after waiting for long his junior met and discussed my problem..i was asked to go for couple of test..did that...And for the final day of report discussion again doc is super busy that after waiting for 3.5 hrs again i had to meet his junior only as there were no sign of meeting dr naresh...For this dept i do not recommend aster..better to visit some other hospital where u get services wat u paid for
worst hospital in the Bangalore city only loos money and time and life
Staff is good and overall experience is nice
It is very difficult to get appointment. Sadly none of the numbers are functional - 080-43420100/43420600/43420219. Very strange for such a big hospital chain to not have updated information on the internet
Pharmacy is slow like hell...I don't know what the pharmacy team does sitting in the cabin..worse than sarkari offices.
Dr. Prescribes the medicine whichnis not available in Hospitalas well as around the neighborhood and when we come to hospital post 9:00PM there is no one to assist...
Slow connection. Wait for the end of loading to send a request.
