I, Temirbek Ormotoev came from Kyrgyzstan, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital which was helped by bookimed company and the staff of this company liked me, especially I am happy to deal with Professor Ahmet-Tunch Ozdemir. Today is the 3rd day after the operation performed by Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir. The operation was done wonderfully, I am satisfied and also the hospital conditions and medical staff were top notch, everyone is polite to the patients, especially the head nurse and nurse Linhai were very good at patient care. Why did I choose Florence Nightingale specifically? Because this hospital is one of the advanced hospitals in Turkey and there is a DaVinci robotised system. I have a neoplasm in my kidney over 30 mm. Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir performed the operation within 1.5 hours and he has golden hands. Dear readers, if anyone wants to be treated abroad, come specifically to Florence Nightingale and find Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir and you will not go wrong with your choice. I was discharged on the second day after surgery, I feel great and recovery is underway. In terms of the cost of paying for the surgery, compared to other clinics in Turkey, it is realistic and inexpensive. Mr Ahmet-Tunc Ozdemir, my family and I wish you good health, longevity, good luck in everything and that you stay for a long time saving patients from various diseases, Allah help you. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank Professor Gross, as well as all the staff of the Asclepios clinic in Hamburg for their high professionalism, efficiency, sensitivity and attention to patients. About a month ago left an application on the site bookimed, within an hour I was contacted by coordinator Katerina, immediately offered several clinics specializing in oncourology. The choice fell on Asclepios in Hamburg, in particular, Professor Gross. Within a week, thanks to Katerina's efforts, prof. Gross, determined the tactics of treatment and already in a week there was immediate operation. There were some doubts that the nephrectomy could be performed laparoscopically, but the golden hands of prof. Gross know their business. The postoperative period went smoothly, recovered quickly. During the week of the stay, there were no complaints about the work of the staff: attentive, sensitive and affable. Conditions are more than comfortable. The language barrier was not a problem due to the well-coordinated work of the translators Lydia Goncharenko and Vladimir Fissenko. Separately, I want to once again express my gratitude to coordinator Katerina, who was always in touch, quickly resolved all sorts of difficulties.

We came to the clinic with bags, as the appointment was before check-in to the hotel, in the end we carried the bags ourselves to the place where they said to leave them, there is no staff in the clinic, there are no men who could pick up the bags and no trolleys for bags, I think it is not expensive for this clinic to do such a service.

Very pleased with the attitude towards patients. The staff was polite and courteous. They responded quickly to all my needs. They suggested the best alternative treatment and were very tactful during the operation. The operation was done under local anaesthesia, and painkillers have very little effect on me, but the doctor was very sensitive and understanding of my condition and patiently waited and increased the dose of anaesthesia until the action started. And during the whole operation constantly asked about my condition and even on small reactions of pain, which were reflected apparently in my face immediately responded. And the assistants (nurses) were close by, giving emotional support. I would especially like to mention the attitude of the interpreter Rabia, who was always in touch with me throughout my stay and answered at any time of the day, despite the workload I saw. This is very human of her when you don't know anything and don't know the language. I would like to thank the clinic and all the medical staff for the help provided and for the sensitive attitude towards each client.

the trip to the clinic was usually. I got advice, paid a doctor, translator and intermediary, did not receive receipts for these payments. But I don’t understand what the bonus actually consisted of, which I ordered through Bookimed and how to really get it. After this trip, I again received a letter about the bonus, but, in my opinion, these letters really do not cost anything.

We got to the MEMORIAL clinic due to an urgent diagnosis. The successful outcome of the operation depended on promptness. The question was about days. The operation was carried out the next day. The most difficult operation according to the Whipple method. Conducted by professor, head of surgery. Low bow to him. Good day! I would like to share my impressions of being in the clinic. Thanks to the coordinators, the staff of the international clinic center, all wishes were taken into account. Special thanks to the attending physician, the procedure was perfect, the staff is very attentive, courteous. They are located in a 5-bed room, but at the same time there is no discomfort, food can be chosen taking into account personal taste preferences (Korean, European cuisine) and at the same time satisfying and varied. I can say one thing, there is no limit to my gratitude, my recommendations to friends, acquaintances only this Clinic! The prices are reasonable.

From the bottom of my heart I want to thank Professor Gross, as well as all the staff of the Asclepios clinic in Hamburg for their high professionalism, efficiency, sensitivity and attention to patients. About a month ago left an application on the site bookimed, within an hour I was contacted by coordinator Katerina, immediately offered several clinics specializing in oncourology. The choice fell on Asclepios in Hamburg, in particular, Professor Gross. Within a week, thanks to Katerina's efforts, prof. Gross, determined the tactics of treatment and already in a week there was immediate operation. There were some doubts that the nephrectomy could be performed laparoscopically, but the golden hands of prof. Gross know their business. The postoperative period went smoothly, recovered quickly. During the week of the stay, there were no complaints about the work of the staff: attentive, sensitive and affable. Conditions are more than comfortable. The language barrier was not a problem due to the well-coordinated work of the translators Lydia Goncharenko and Vladimir Fissenko. Separately, I want to once again express my gratitude to coordinator Katerina, who was always in touch, quickly resolved all sorts of difficulties.

The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. For those who have chosen treatment for themselves in Istanbul, we can say that you will not regret it. High-level support, organization, doctors and equipment! And the prices are pleasantly surprised, they are 3-4 times lower than the prices in Israel and Europe (before that they were treated in and received further consultations in one of the Israeli clinics), the only thing you want to warn is that if you need a translator, then don't expect him to be around you 24/7. He is accompanying several patients at the same time, and also in Turkey a low percentage of English-speaking and Russian-speaking doctors and citizens. Everything was fine, Naina helped us a lot, everything is fine on this side. The only thing was that the transfer failed us very much, the driver arrived later, because of this we were late for the airport and on our flight, we spent a lot of time, so the transfer really spoiled the impression. We liked Emsey clinic very much. we were met from the airport with an interpreter and a driver. then placed in a very good hotel. delicious food was served 2 times at the hotel. The hotel had spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. On the 1st day we were brought for analysis, on the 2nd day they made a diagnosis, started treatment and we were placed in a ward. Within 5 days, we received the necessary treatment and good service. The doctors were very skilled and experienced. The coordinator Janseit was with us for 1 week and was very helpful in creating all the necessary amenities for us. Thanks to all the staff at Emsey Clinic.
